For those of you wondering, this is one of the many named defendants in the current federal cases KM and their senior officers have going in the District Court in Washington DC.

This however, is Not Mr. Jones first time in jail nor under arrest for driving while intoxicated, nor is it believed to be his most recent either, and in fact, it's his drinking that has led him to entangle himself into the church as well as into the position of defendant in the federal civil case(s). We say it that way because as many of our church members well know, this is not the first time KM or it's officer members have formally filed federal cases, nor is it the first time Mr. Jones was named by the plaintiff's as a defendant. However, the previous filings were not heard or judged on their merit or evidence, mainly because the federal court say KM "Has to have BAR licensed counsel" to be heard in a federal court, which of course we are in disagreement beings we are not a 501(c)(3) non-profit but instead are a 508(c)(1)(a) vow of poverty non-profit church, and because we Are a church! But that's an entirely different case filing and article or two all in itself, that we Will go into another time in the near future.
Jones has an extensive history of criminal behavior including multiple issues upon KM Church to which he has caused us great victimization. Most notable in our mind is the 1998 Lan Rover Discovery that Jones stole from the church literally from the church property a few years ago. How it came to be known was when local police agents contacted the church to let them know they had found and recovered the churches vehicle. Unaware it was even missing concerned as well as puzzled church officials who asked what they were talking about. This is when police announced they had found the vehicle crashed inside a commercial building. Police said the motor was still running and that Jones was drunk and still behind the wheel of it.
Police said that the building in fact belonged to Jones father and a business partner and that the reason they believed at the time that the vehicle had been crashed through the building by Jones was that Jones was attempting to kill at least one of the three occupants who were living inside at the request of his father.
As it would turn out, one of the buildings occupants was upset over Jones stealing his vehicle about a week or so before this incident, which also involves KM church leaders, one of whom Jones badgered and begged to travel with him in the vehicle to southern Oregon for some sort of personal business he claimed to have. Reluctantly the church member agreed to go providing Jones would have him back at the church before the night, which of course Jones quickly and adamently agreed. Of course the member didn't Know the vehicle had been stolen, Jones insisted he had permission to borrow it.
While in southern Oregon Jones began to party. especially hard with both liquer and beer. This went on into the darkness of night which was very frustrating to the church member who had duties to the churches animal ecological enterprise which could prove extremely detrimental if he was not promptly returned to thee church sanctuary as Jones had agreed to. Jones, who was extremely intoxicated finally agreed to take the member back to thee church but as the two set out, it quickly became appparent to the member Jones was too intoxicated to be driving. This is when Jones recruited another driver whom he claimed to know for years while running about in southern Oregon.
The church member got into the back seat, and soon fell asleep to reduce his anxiety and calm his traumatic brain injuries. He awoke a few hours later to find the vehicle parked along the dark highway and Jones in and out of consciousness sloped down in the front passenger seat. When asked where the dude wasat who he'd last seen driving the vehicle, Jones first mumbled the guy was "taking a piss" but after over 10 minutes, the member began pressing Jones again for answers, answers that still to date haven't come from Jones as to where the man disappeared to that night.
Finally after a good period of time, the member decided to jump up to the front drivers seat and see if he could get himself back to the church, but he could not find the key. He pressed Jones several times as to the whereabouts of the key but Jones only mumbled he didn't know. The member searched about the best he could in a pitch dark car but to no avail. Then the member began looking to see if he could possibly hotwire it but quickly deduced he wouldn't know where to begin. As he began panicing and yelling at Jones, Jones wasn't responsive, so the member's only resort was to bundle himself up and prepare to walk and try to hitchhike, but before he could, a worst nightmare situation erupted.
While getting out of the front back into the back seat to be sure he had all of his stuff, a police vehicle rushed the vehicle from traveling at a high rated speed in the fast lane of the interstate highway. The vehicle with Jones and the member was off on the shoulder of the slow lane. Seeing this caused the member to first get back into the drivers seat when he then realized that was the last place he wanted or needed to be, especially with multiple open containers of alcohol encompassing Jones in the front seat. As the officer now prepared for a physical encounter with the vehicle, the member opened the drivers door and exited and proceeded to return to the back seat which is where he was before this all broke out. He didn't realize in the moment how much worse in essence it would make the situation look.
Ultimately, the church member was arrested and charged with multiple "driving" offenses including driving while intoxicated which as far as KM is concerned isn't fair or just at all. The member was long known for having multiple physical brain injuries as well as PTSD responses toward law enforcement officials, especially after already having been profile targeting and physically as well as otherwise injuring the member including physical beatings. The members disabilities disqualify him from the various few tests the officer applied to determine and deem grounds to arrest him.
Jones was also claimed to have been arrested for probation/parole for drunk driving and sources say for incidents on multiple incidents. Locals in Jones community say Jones never seems to actually be sentenced to mandated time for driving drunk and that mostly he's charged as misdemeanors, including when he ran over and killed a little child while drunk which is what they say initiated his pattern such as is shown above.
KM wonders if perhaps Jones had stole and crashed the truck through his fathers building in attempt to kill the owner of the vehicle as later on Jones told church members he was relieved the man had passed away and revealed he hadn't had permission to take his vehicle that night, which ultimately is believed to have been impounded by police the night the church member was arrested and it was claimed Jones was also arrested as well. It remains unclear as to whether or not Jones actually was arrested as thee church member never again saw or heard anything of Jones at the jail house.
Condolences with tobacco went and continues to be put down for the man who owned the vehicle and to his relations as well as for all our fallen members and their loved ones, especially during these trying times thanks to Covid. He was an elderly gentleman who the church had actually given him the very vehicle months beforehand and who had recently requested to be a member of the church. Jones also asked to be a member, but given all he proceeded to do, he was ultimately Denied membership due to conflictwith KM's moral compass code, especially regarding integrity.
There is more regarding the involvement of Jones with KM but we will go into it at another time, right now we just wanted to paint a basic picture as many are asking how it is he fits into the pending cases befoer the federal court, so please if interested, do stay tuned.
