As promised, we have found out a little bit more information regarding KM federal defendant Jason Stordolf that we felt we would go ahead and share with you as of the present time for those of you with interest. For those unapprised, Mr. Stoldolf among others are named as respondent/defendants in an on-going federal case pending before the DC Federal court.
We have and continue reaching out seeking information of him including from the public at large and are appreciative of any your willing to give. We ask because it involves ensuring the safety of two minor children. For those unaware of what we're talking about, your encouraged to both stay tuned as well as to reflect back through our archives as all are tagged for your convenience. Long story short is that we are seeking information on this man:
"Apparently Mr. Stordolf and or Alicia were unhappy with the road block while perusing access and information to a couple of kids and their father who are members of the church and began expanding the unwanted contact beyond the KM social media platform as a means of manipulating access to them after acknowledging it was understood it was an on-going issue that was already placed into law enforcers hands in a response message to his social media platform from the church more than a month ago."
What church COO reveals is that Mr. Stordolf's social media account proceeded to seek out the adult target via social media, and in fact did find and send the man a private message on December 7th 2020.
In it, the person comes across as trying to address the mans young children and custody thereof. the thing of this is, the father doesn't know who this guy is! KM wonders if it's even this person as the same account contacted the church but revealed he was Not the sender.
Whomever it is, the contact is unwanted and the instigator behind it is officially being sued along with him for it. A TRO and preliminary injunction was filed against them in federal court as of December 2020.
