For those who are just becoming aware, multiple churches within the KM Spiritual Collective Confederation have stepped forward to the US federal government and have filed a formal official complaint in court fed up with the states unlawful criminal activities and demanding immediate remedy.
What we're gathering from the paperwork we're going through, as you can see in the header of the filing here, several independent churches are banding together and claiming the defendant states named are committing serious federal law violations including running a "King Pin" criminal drug enterprise including racketeering and even expanding to include a conspiracy to commit Murder.
Long story short of it is found in the relief request:
Now, first and of course we note that the heart of this case encompasses what the churches collectively feel are among our inalienable rights long infringed upon under the claim of being the "best interest of public safety" regarding "dangerous substances"... specifically our plant and fungal earth generated natural medicines... in this case Cannabis and psychedelic mushrooms. "The confederation contains as well as represents the voices of all the victims of criminal injustice regarding our right of choice to use and utalize properly the sacred tools given we as individual spiritual living breathing beings and especially as their declaration of our being churches" explains KM COO Otter Eatwell, "It's not about whether any do choose to or choose Not to properly utalize them for spiritual purpose, it's honoring Creator's decision and authority including as is set forth to do in their own written and declared "Law, and it's for that reason, especially that all upright and honorable American rooted so declared Churches Should be supporting this case regardless of their own individual disposition because it's the right 4hing to be done as instructed by all for the sake and best interest of all, preserving your right of CHOICE, independently and collectively!".
