Today Great Spirit has decided that KM takes a little bit of time and a closer look at a person who is involved and directly named as a defendant/respondent in one of the KM federal filings in DC civil court, a person by the name of Jason Stoldorf.
For those unaware, Km has and continues in process of filing issues in the federal court of the United States. We have been striving to keep an eye and ear as well as digging into this for tinformation among other productive things which 7ou're encouraged to review in our archives at your leisure.
Jason Stoldorf, is listed on a federal TRO/PI as being a respondent (defendant) Our understanding this far is that Stordolf along with others are additionally being sued for his willing participation in an on-going harassment from KM and it's officer members in a federal injunction. "None of us even know who this guy personally is yet he seems to be obsessing over a couple of our cubs who have never layed eyes on him and making Demands to see and interact with him."
Mr. Stoldorf emerged out of the blue on November 18, 2020 when a message to KM church was sent from his facebook account initiating contact. Strangely though is that the message received was not Signed as being by Mr. Stordolf but instead was signed as being from a female named "Alicia" whom also remains unknown to KM. In the correspondence, the author wrote that they were initiating contact "seeking a man" to advocate on behalf of another female individual who is not a member of the church, then Perhaps this is why Mr. Stordolf's account was being used as the conversation initiator, but that in the closing, "Alicia" was put as signatory, foiling such an illusion from being perceived as true. It's perplexing a bit as to why a "man" would be needed to be involved in advocacy with a matriarchal based church and is a bit misrepresenting as far as initial presentation. When brought to KM officials, it quickly became apparent that whoever the sender, the action was at minimum, criminal harassment in nature.
Local authorities suggested that a Restraining order be sought against the individuals criminally harassing, which as we covered in previous reports you can find in our archives if interested. Stoldorf along with the instigator of the contact was filed and received by federal district court but Alicia was not named in the TRO/PI filing in December however church officials assure all three are named in the encompassing case filing subsequent to the TRO/PI filing though "Alicia's" last name as of yet remains unknown. It also remains unclear as to whether or not she has or will also be listed as a defendant needing to be restrained along with the others, which seems highly likely as proving to be the case thus far.
"It all including about these people will be revealed in the hearing if not before, it's just very frustrating not knowing who either of them are or why they are willingly involving themselves in issues and situations that have absolutely nothing to do with them... especially encompassing pursuit of young children" said KM spokesperson and COO Otter Eatwell.
KM member representatives monitoirng the social media platforms responded to the Stordolf account by explaining that he (and or Alicia) were interjecting themselves in a civil issue which has nothing to do with them and informed they were participating in a legal issue in which third party contact was disallowed, unwanted and in fact criminal in nature, however church representatives did option them to contact the churches legal team or elder council directly opposed to the social media platform because of the nature, essentially asking them to refrain from doing so on the churches social media platform(s), which to date have not received any communication attempts we are aware of. "KM does not give out information willy-nilly about our church members in general as a privacy rule of moral compass respect, but especially so regarding minor children, nor will or would we ever."
KM reached out to the parent of the youth members being inquired about and also with the children's legal guardian of over 10 consecutive years, however neither of them seemed to know who Stoldolf was either, or any woman named Alicia, which in turn triggered alarm bells in the minds of all including the church. As Mr. Stoldorf's account continued attempting to press for information and contact with and access to the children, he/they were then informed that the children's father was notified an informed of his contact attempts by November 26th 2020 and emphasis was put on the situation being a legal matter. Police were also given Mr. Stordolf's information and police assured he would be discouraged from interfering and making further unwanted and alarming contact with the church about the children as was another man who has since ceased and desisted.
According to the Stordolf messages, he/they and others have been making such sudden contact on behalf of another KM defendant recently addressed by the name of Amanda Delmastro. Delmastro had already been told by police that neither she or others on her behalf were to make or attempt to make any contact with the chu3ch or it's officer members.
Eatwell states that local police made contact with Delmastro again and explained with clear emphasis that she is to have no contact with KM or the members directly or indirectly because such contact is unwanted and is a form of inappropriate criminal conduct. Delmastro told police she understood and that such would stop but apparently Stoldorf's social media account has decided to continue with such harassment.
"The other people Ms. Delmastro had recruited to participate in such harassment thus far have seemed to since stopped... except for Stoldorf. "I guess we are going to have to start investigating who Mr. Stoldorf and Alicia is and why they would rather face a lawsuit than to pull his platform and themselves back from pursuing kids they don't know and likely hopefully never will" says Eatwell "I know I'd never willingly allow a stranger to encounter my kids, I'd take it as a potential threat risk to them and in turn would want to learn as much about them, especially continuing after being otld to cease and dissist by police, which is why I'm now reaching out to you. We have a lot of members in the Portland Oregon area and also many who frequent it for business, leisure, school and etc. - we're reaching out for any with any information, and also that you join with us with making smoke and prayers of clarity, knowledge and safe resolution for the children especially will prevail, A'ho."
What We Know...
As We've been covering, KM has and continues in motion diligently preparing documents for and regarding multiple cases to federal District Court in Washington DC. Among the filings, we know that Ms. Delmastro is and remains named as a defendant/respondent and that a TRO/PI has in fact been received by the court and is also being named in an injunction and lawsuit as well. KM also knows that this/these persons have been willfully recruited by and for Ms. Delmastro to harass KM Church and it's officer members including especially and specifically young children within the church claiming such is on behalf of Ms. Delmastro but also stating while persisting that it's on his or hers own personal accord and Not by Ms. Delmastro's request.
We say this because we know that Ms. Delmastro has been informed by local police on more than one occasion of this and by more than one peace officer meaning that she herself is well aware that neither she nor is Anyone else to be attempting unwanted contact on her behalf until the cases are heard and decided by the DC Federal courts, and we also know that others who were also suddenly also emerging like this have in fact stopped with the exception of this account of Jason Stoldorf's to the church as recent as yesterday, despite being warned by local police of the criminality of such unlawful and unwanted contact subjected both she and they to criminal prosecution and consequence.
So, what little we know of Jason Stoldorf thus far is that he lives somewhere in downtown Portland Oregon and that he frequents a wet house on 14th Street. His social media is not visible to KM likely because aside from this, there's no known direct contact or association between he and the church. Fortunately though, we Are able to see his profile picture, which is provided full size in this posting for your convenience, please look closely at it again and share this with anyone you know who might prove to be of help shed light on this person and his character and demeanor.
What we Hope to learn...
1. KM is now seeking any information about Jason Stoldorf the public and our members are able to dig up, especially such which could prove pertinent to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the children his eyes seem fixated upon... NOT OUR CUBS, not on our watch!
2. We also too, are hoping to find out if their is in fact an "Alicia" also involved as insinuated in these correspondences and if so why and to what degree, but at this point even a last name would possibly help get the needed wisdom in proper motion as of the present time. Any pertinent information shared would be greatly appreciated on both.
As you can see, there is much more in route but yet to be publicly revealed as of the present time. Our hope is that inquiring minds will stick with us and stay tuned.
