ONAC KM of Oregon illegally abused and violated by local law enforcers

ONAC Kautantowit's Mecautea central eastern Oregon sanctuary was illegally raided and dessicrated. 13 Mother Medicine (Cannabis) plants were murdered and two members were illegally arrested by Grant County Sheriff's deputies including Sheriff Glen Palmer personally himself. Two tribal church members, Raymond Scott Martin of Missouri, and Kenny Walters of Washington state were "Arrested" at the "Scene" and charged with cultivating cannabis without valid state medical marijuana sanctioning.
