ONAC KM Care Package Seized by Post Office, given to "Local Authorities"

This morning, yet another attack befalls ONAC KM and our misson of helping members in need of medicine sacrament. A care package sent from Eugene, Oregon destined for Cincinnati, Ohio was reportedly Seized by a Portland, Oregon Postal inspector for suspicion of containing "cannabis."

After the days run around on the phone demanding answers from the post office, and "Inspector Melvin" nowhere to be found for the bulk of the day, no resolution was in sight and church heads are preparing plans for the respect and repriations now due us.

Postal Inspector "Melvin" whom is apparently in charge of "handling this situation" stated that an x-ray of the package led them to the conclusion that cannabis was in fact within the parcel and led them to the action of seizing the package before even getting out of Oregon. He also made mention of "smelling cannabis" though his emphasis remained focused on the decision being based upon an x-ray which took place that morning at the NW Portland Post Office, the day in fact the parcel was scheduled to be delivered to it's destination in Ohio.

The receiver of the intended gift was questioned as to "How much cannabis was in the package", and answer to which the ONAC member had no clue. The only thing he knew was that he was to be expecting a care package from the ONAC Kautantowit's Mecautea church of Oregon, he did nor yet is still oblivious as to the contents of the box.

Melvin did state that he was also aware of a money order contained within the parcel as well, made out to the anticpated reciever for $100.00, but did not state as to how it is he knew it was there or for how much and to whom it was addressed. It has not been stated as to whether postal officials have yet Opened the mail or not, but ONAC KM Sachem Graves states that if they have, they have violated yet another federal law and violated their privacy. "Mal tampering is a crime" said Graves, "That package was not addressed to Them and they have Yet to ask for Any permissions to examine or open it, nor have they delievered it to it's rightful receiver either."

The receiver inquired as to filing a claim for the Insurance that was upon the package ensuring it's delivery and also about the breech of contract on the post offices end by Not delivering it on time as per agreed when the package was mailed, but of course got no reply from the postal inspector, only pressed time and again for an answer the receiver can not Possibly give... the post office seems to know more about the contents of his care package than he does! ONAC KM Sachem is in round table talks with James Warren 'Flaming Eagle' Mooney and ONAC attorney's as to how they intend to proceed to get this rectified as speedily as is possible. Stay tuned for further updates!
