Breaking News! ~

Oklevueha Native American Church has again suffering legal attack, this time upon one of it's elder members who was sent on a mission.

Crockett Bain Anderson, 54, of Blue River, Oregon volunteered to travel across country to personally deliever cannabis medicine sacrament to ONAC members in dire need of access to the "Mother Medicine", aka cannabis / marijuana. Mr. Anderson was given approximately 16 pounds of the herbal medicine from ONAC KM spiritual leader/medicine healer Joy Graves at their south valley sanctuary and Anderson set out on his journey.

At approximately 4 Am on Saturday, February 29th, Mr. Anderson was pulled over in Summit County, Utah and despite identifying himself as an Oklevueha Native American Church elder member, a road man on a spiritual mission including providing members of the sacrament medicine, Utah officials subsequently chose to arrested and charge Mr. Anderson with 2 counts related to possessing what society calls "Marijuana" , possessing what they call "marijuana parpharnilia" and too, with "speeding" as their justifiable excuse for having encountered him.

"No one in their right mind is going to be speeding across country with 16 Pounds of cannabis in their vehicle, especially not in a state that hasn't laxed any of their laws on being in possession of it, that's a rediculous attempt at dispelling the fact that this is nothing more than yet Another direct retaliation attack against Oklevueha Native American Church, and specifically Kautantowit's Mecautea branch of the Pacific Northwest because we are the ones who initiated the injunction be filed against the US government for violating and victimizing we and our members because they choose to ignorantly stand against Creator's created medicines" said Sachem Graves of ONAC KM. "It's no different than what Oregon police did to me mere Hours after we filed the injunction and suit - they pulled Me over and claimed I was "recklessly driving" and too that I was "driving under the influence" claiming it was marijuana."

Graves notes that this is not the first nor likely the last retaliatory attack her or any ONAC are going to suffer because of their firm stand in the defense of Mother Earth and specifically sacred cannabis medicine, and states that church attorneys are being notified of the attack as this is written. Unfortunately however, the encounter nor even the arrest would be all the suffering and victimization Mr. Anderson would endure thanks to the disrespect of law enforcement toward members of Oklevueha Native American Church.

"I was held in jail 3 days, deprived of crucial life sustaining medications that they knew I needed to have, but elected to instead keep them locked up in their evidence storage." reported the elder to church leaders moments ago. When asked why elder Anderson didn't contact the church sooner, he stated that police seized his cellular phone and still retain it despite him having been given the only option of posting his own bail to aquire his freedom. Among the medicines Anderson needed on a daily basis, are his "thyroid and diabetic prescription medications", and because he was intentionally recklessly deprived of them for the three day jailhouse stay, it would prove to cost Anderson more than any could fathom, including about literally his own life.

As Mr. Anderson headed back to Oregon upon his release, he reports driving about 3 hours to Boise, Idaho, and then sleeping about 4 before again hitting the road, a normal pattern he's adopted due to serious medical issues including swelling, intense pain and lack of blood flow issues of consequence if he doesn't. From Boise, Anderson continued back into Oregon, and while driving along, is when the consequence would medically hit and endanger him. "Suddenly I saw a flash of brite white light, and the next thing I know my vehicle is impacting into a telephone pole" Anderson reported to church leaders, "My head and hand knocked out the sunroof on impact, because I remember my head being through the sunroof, then I lost consciousness for a brief few moments."

Anderson was rushed to a local hospital, where he was examined and his daughter was contacted and notified of the serious accident. Anderson reports that the vehicle was "totalled" and that he will provide a more detailed update to the church including a few photos of the accident scene, but fortunately for him, miraculously he walked away for the most part unscathed, at least as far as broken bones or body parts are concerned. "I really feel bad for letting the church members in need down" said a teary eyed Anderson, "For many it could prove to mean death over a chance at life for them."

Crockett Anderson, in addition to being an elder member of Oklevueha Native American Church, Kautantowit's Mecautea branch and father of three, grandfather of one, (he and his two sons pictured here), is also is a proud military veteran of the US Navy who served on the USS KittyHawk. Anderson moved his family out west in early 2014 as a permanent location for his family with the help and support of the church after losing his wife to cancer a few years prior. Anderson has been a sacrament roadman of ONAC KM since without ever having any legal issue until suddenly now. Graves is certain it's no coincidence and reports that thus far this "Is the third direct retaliatory attack against our church so Far since the filing, and the way my father taught me was "Three strikes your Out"."

Graves feels that this opens a new set of doors needing open as the church prepares for it's federal case in that it shows that despite members having the right to have and transfer sacrament medicines to one another state law enforcers instead elect to violate church rights and victimize their members opposed to honoring they and their church as both a church and too as medicinal Healers. "We're told we can mail it, but they steal it, and then when we are fortunate enough to find a member Willing to personally transport it, they steal it - creating victims however they choose to infringe." Graves said. "it's inacceptable, as well as illegal and completely intolerable, and we will NOT let this slide idally by under some rug somewhere - we are Tired of being Attacked by the government that is Supposed to be protecting and serving us!" Graves is also frustrated because she had just flew out of Utah that morning a few hours after her member had apparently been arrested, completely unarare she had an elder veteran member in immediate legal and medical need.

Anderson is scheduled to appear in Utah court on the 14th of March to answer to the charges and be threatened with legal consequence despite the fact that it's they who are illegal in their actions against him. He is also scheduled for a round table with church leaders soon and again promises a more detailed account, he has Finally made it home and is extremely tired and suffering because of the accident as well as from having lacked his prescription medications as long as he had.

Lead warrior of Oklevueha's legal and secular issues, Attorney Matthew Pappas of Southern California reaffirms that a Restraining Order against the government on all levels is in order and obviously proving of necessary importanct, and assures that it will be in place without further delay. Graves believes that it is the "Only way we and our members are going to obtain any true peace, liberation and protection from these oppressing dictators who've chose Great Creator their personal enemy." Graves assures also that Oklevueha Native American Church as a whole has "Absolutely No Intention of backing down nor submitting to these tyrannous bullies," and points to a tribal quote combination of "If we must die, we die honorably defending our Rights" concluded with a firm "Hoka Hey" meaning "Today is a Good Day to die" and an A'ho.

Please stay tuned for updates on this and all other important information encompassing ONAC KM newswise. May you All go in a good way and make positive medicine in all ways possible upon your noble journey on Turtle Island as you continously seek to maintain coarse on the honorable Red Road~ A'Ho!
