Update on ONAC KM retaliation #3

After an in depth round table with church leaders, we have some update news regarding the arrest of military veteran elder member Crockett Anderson's arrest and accident that we feel ye the public should know and be aware of.

To begin with, elder Anderson reports that he had the cruise control set for the speed of 64 mph as the posted speed limit was 65mph. Anderson reports that the offier is alleging that he was traveling "I'd say about 70mph", Anderson has been charged with Speeding and That is the Excuse they are using to attempt justification for Andersons victimization.

Anderson also states that the enountering officer made it clear upon contact that the true reason for his stop was initiated because Anderson's vehicle displayed Oregon plates, in fact, he says that the officer told him he was simply going to let him go, not even give him a ticket. The officer asked Anderson if he would accompany him to the patrol car, stating that he simply had to report the stop to dispatch. Anderson agreed and was placed into the back of the patrol car while the officer ran his name.

According to Crockett Anderson, the officer was continously well informed to the fact of him being a road man for Oklevueha Native American Church, established in the state of Utah, and that the medicine sacrament was headed to church members suffering from serious ailments such as cancer who desperately needed it. "Tell it to the judge" the officer sarcastically said.

When despatch reported that Anderson was clear and had a valid license, that is when Anderson says the officer then stated that he suddenly believed he had smelled "marijuana" in Anderson's vehicle and that it "warrents a search of the vehicle" consented to or not. As the officer searched the vehicle, he found the church medicine sacrament, and subsequently arrested Anderson, stating that "It's only one day in jail per pound in our county, you're a lucky fella".

Anderson was transported to the Summit County Jail in Utah and charged with possession of the cannabis, possession of a pipe as well as for speeding. Anderson was held in jail 3 days without being allowed a phone call. Fortunately for him, he Was allowed to post his own bail and had just enough money to do it, with a whopping $40.00 left to try to get home to Oregon on.

While in route back to the tree state, due to having been deprived of his prescription medication during his jail stay, Anderson had a medical situation while behind the wheel of his SUV which caused him a "white out". He remembers regaining awareness as his head flew through the sunroof as his vehicle smashed into a telephone pole, completely sheering it to the ground from which it stood. At that point, Anderson lost consiousness once again. Anderson was transported to a local east Oregon hospital where he was cared for until his daughter and grandson could arrive to take Anderson back home - his vehicle completely totalled and he Lucky to be alive due to the degree of the impact.

Health care persons who have provided medical care for Anderson since the horrific accident, have stated they believe that the accident Was in fact a result of having been deprived of his prescription medications while detained in jail until his extortion ransom was paid.

Anderson has provided a photograph of his vehicle just after his release from jail showing most of the damage to the vehicle... a picture IS worth a thousand words in this case for sure. Obviously it was declared "Totalled" and was taken to it's final rest before gutting and crushing.

Anderson states that his insurance has agreed to cover the cost of the tow, but, that unfortunately there will be no coverage to help replace his vehicle as it is "too old". Anderson is on a fixed disability income on which he struggles to provide a living for himself and his daughter and young grandson.

ONAC KM are encouraging Anderson to establish a gofindme account and see whom if any will have compassion enough to jump in and toss their spare change if not a few bills of any size to help he and his family out furing these hard times they will be suffering thanks to Utah law enforcers victimization.

Anderson is scheduled to appear in the Utah court on the 14th of March.
