ONAC KM to file Breech of Contract Complaint with California BAR

In an interesting twist to an already unique situation, Oklevueha Native American Church Sachem Joy Maxine 'Hawkeye' Graves has made a formal announcement informing members as well as interesting parties as to the fact that it is the intention of the church to file a formal complaint with the California State BAR Association against attorney Matthew Pappas... grounds being Attempt to Breech Contract".

"It is with great upset that we must inform our members that Oklevueha Nativee American Church as a whole has been duped as well as taken advantage of by our now former attorney Mr. Matthew Scott Pappas."

Graves states that Pappas has been bullying as well as intimidating leaders in the church to the point that formal action has had to be taken on the Mother Church Level, and states that the most unfortunate of all is the revealing of timing on Pappas's part. "Oklevueha had really believed that we could sincerely depend on Matthew Pappas as our warrior legal counsel, we

believe that his spirit contains good intentions, we just

According to Graves as well as others, this is not the first time Matthew Pappas has "Had an episode", in fact those closest to him admit that his "fits" and "Temper tantrums" have been long going, though too admit that they have become more frequent since Pappas began focusing his roll as "Secular Legal Counsel" for ONAC. Though Pappas refers to himself as "Athiest" and insists he wants "Nothing to do with the internal functioning of the church", branch leaders say his actions and instructions have proven quite the contrary, and have expressed formal concerns out of fear of damage to Oklevueha's functioning and future standing within society as a whole.

The recent issue came rather suddenly when Pappas declared that he was going to go into a mental episode, apparently he is among the fortunate ones who can foresee them "coming on", although too, choosing to not take his pharmaceutical prescription medications (or any else) for his bi-polar for days if not weeks at a time surely helps his accuracy a bit, and Pappas began ordering the ejection of tribal bloodline members ejected from church locations, blessed mind you by one of the ones suddenly ejected! The members insist they did nothing to warrant being ordered to leave the church, nor humiliated as they were having been demanded out while currently in prayer! Pappas later admits to other inquiring members "Two were ok, but the one had to go."

Workers among Pappas admit that it's Pappas whose completely "Out of control" and ultimately too "F***ing everything up for everyone" though insist this is but an en-heightened.show in effort of getting his way and too, an excuse for not having to do his actual job."Usually he attacks within the staff, now he is expanding it out onto the clients>" said one now former employee of Pappas still trying to salvage the church from the damage imposed upon them at the selfish will and inconsideration of Pappas.

Sachem Graves of ONAC Kautantowit's Mecautea, for having confronted Pappas directly about his inapproperiate behavior has in turn become among Pappas's primary of targets. As of now Pappas has announced that he is "Dropping the Portland Case", which is the federal injunction Graves and church founder James Mooney are presently involved with in the 9th Federal Court. It is reported that Pappas has been "Half-assing" the case as it is, stating that the injunction was needing sought at the federal as well as the state level. Graves goes on to point out that Pappas had announced to media in December 2015 that a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) was intended to be filed by him by the end of the week that has since come and gone by a few months now and Still has yet to be filed. Graves says Pappas's lack of attention and effort toward the case has resulted in the suffering of church function, seizure of sacraments as well as other items, wrongful arrests as well as harassment on multiple members including church leaders, and even a warrant for her own arrest, not to mention the inability to legally coordinate with the church nor access church sanctuary lands.

Graves reports having to have lived in a vehicle for more than a month and a half on the promise from Pappas that all would be quickly and simply cleared up within hours if not days. She further reports court appearances that were ill prepared on Pappas's part for multiple members, and that one member has literally died while others lay ailing to the brink of death themselves, all while Pappas remains on all things Not ONAC other than to generate a bill for attention not given! "Matthew sent me a text threatening to remove himself as counsel on the Oregon case and has also sent emails to members stating he no longer represents ONAC and demanding they not contact him "ever again"... as the warrior church, we will stand no longer and tolerate this blatant disrespectful behavior and in turn, have decided to go ahead and file a complaint with the California State BAR so that he will understand that it is not Okay for an attorney to behave this way toward a client." Tearfully Graves adds, "This is about literal life and or death for people, and I simply Cannot be expected to stand quietly by and allow people like him to abuse and exploit and deprive them and discount their well being and interest nor to Destroy our churches ability to help benefit them."
