Pappas leaves ONAC Military Veteran High & Dry

We have just received word that Matthew Pappas is continuing to take vendictive attack against members of Oklevueha Native American Church, his latest victim, an elder member who is an otherwise Honorable military veteran.

Crockett Anderson was recruited by Pappas to transport some church cannabis sacrament across country to members in need as a temperary option while a federal postal service case remains pending, was encountered and ultimately arrrested in the state of Utah. Anderson has been formally charged with "Possession with intent to distribute", a felony sentence that could spell imprisonment if convicted.

According to Anderson and his church leader, instead of being upset by the news of Andersons charges, then attorney Matthew Pappas instead found humor in it, saying it was perfect and then boasting on at how much fun he was going to have in the Utah state court. In addition to the charges and arrest, Anderson while in route home to Oregon, lost consciousness behind the wheel and ultimately went head-on with a telephone pole, literally knocking it completely out of the ground. Anderson was to appear in court on that the day following formal arraignment on the Utah case, which was 4/21/2016, and according to Anderson Pappas has yet to even acknowledge he has these situations pending in 2 separate states courts depending upon his promise of action and affirmative attention.

On the day after both cases were grossly neglected by Pappas and yet went forward in the court, Anderson reports having received an email out of the blue from Pappas announcing that he was no longer representing ONAC and demanding that Anderson "Never Contact me again." Anderson feels manipulated as well as offended and stated that if he were to encounter Pappas "I'm likely to kick his f***ing ass!"

Anderson almost lost his literal life because of the police victimization of him while illegally detained in a Utah county jail for 3 days, deprived of his prescription medications and extortioned of about all his money before being abruptly sent home. His vehicle was completely totaled upon impact with the telephone pole and Pappas has yet to even inquire as to his pain, much less take a moment to pick up a phone or drop an email and see how he is doing or to provide any sort of legal assistance. "Thank god Sergio Sandovall jumped in and actually sent some stuff to the attorney in Utah and I think it's going to turn out ok, but Sergio did that even After Pappas fired him, Sergio's a stand up guy, but that Pappas seems like a scam."
