ONAC KM South Valley Sanctuary saed thanks to Mother Church
It is with great thanks that Oklevueha Native American Church Kautantowit's Mecautea's south valley sanctuary was saved from the state of Oregon's tax collectors grasp thanks to our Mother Church. James and Linda Mooney were godsend in jumping to the defense of the church just in the nick of time as the tax collector was 48 hours away from starting the foreclosure process on the land, which would have called for the vacating and eliminating of both ceremony and too, the sacrament garden depended on by ONAC members across the nation. Now, with the land saved, the garden and functioning of the church will continue forward without the fear or threats of losing it and things will progress in the blossiming of all the great many things ONAC KM leaders have in store for the future benefitting of ONAC as a whole.
"The south Valley sanctuary is the base-camp headquarters of ONAC KM for the endeavors of the NorthWest region and remains essential for the great majority of KM's function in the representation of Oklevueha Native American Church" said Sachem Hawkeye Graves, "If we would have lost it, we would have been crippled in our ability to function more than any other attackative move the state of Oregon has attempted on the church yet in effort of eliminating Oklevueha all together, not only in the state of Oregon, but in Washington state as well as it is , and now thanks to them Remains the heart of Kautantowit's Mecautea's standing and ability to function."
KM's vice president, along with her family have relocated to the sanctuary property with the goal of improving the churches ability to benefit Oklevueha members nation wide, especially in regards to sacrament cultivation and production, which remains as a primary project ONAC KM intends on fully continuing with, putting both the president and now vice president directly on location and able to focus on what projects are needed to better benefit Oklevueha members across the board. Thus far the sanctuary has proven beneficial for ceremony as well as a transitional relocation resource option for members who have made their way out west from other states that prevent the utilization of our great many earth-based healing sacraments. The land has also proven well when it comes to the cultivation and production on a great many of them, though church leaders admit that effort has lacked in that as well as many other planned directions and endeavors in the works for the churches productive future resource and function.
Now with the land saved and both presidents on-scene, ONAC KM heads are gearing toward another much-needed new projects to be formulated and hopefully take flight by the fall of this year, if not sooner. The soon-to-be initiated from the land is the churches goal of officially establishing the ONAC KM "Private School", which will be the first of it's kind to birth within the branches of Oklevueha. KM leaders, thanks to the Mother Church and the Mooney's are now moving into the second phase of initiation of the project with a hopeful outlook at the end of the horizon, and too, already have a few church member children lining up to enroll in the school again hopefully by the start of the school season this coming fall.
"We cannot thank James & Linda Mooney, nor sing their praises enough for jumping in and saving the land, but we want all of Oklevueha to know that thoght they didn't have to, they as our Mother Church really have saved the future days not only for the members of Kautantowit's Mcautea but All the Oklevueha members who benefit and will continue to be benefitted by all the wonderful things we plan to do and accomplish for the greater good and better benefit of ALL of Oklevueha planned and yet to be planned in the many moons yet to come, and we Encourage ALL of our members to give them a sincere Thanks for having done what technically speaking they didn't have to do."
