ONAC KM President scheduled into Oregon court September 12th!
Word has been received that ONAC KM President Timothy Timm is scheduled to be arraigned in Douglas County Circuit Court TOMORROW where it is believed that he is to answer to the charges of DUI and reckless driving charges that stem from an incident a few months ago where Timm was found sitting inside a neighbors vehicle attempting to get it's lights to work.
In the darkness of night, Timm was encountered with a neighbor of the church sanctuary sitting in the drivers seat of a vehicle on the side of the freeway trying to get the vehicles lights to work. Police seem to overlook the fact that the vehicle had no keys in or around it, an essential tool needed to actually "make the vehicle drivable". The neighbor was "passed out" upon police arrival, surrounded by empty beer cans.
Both Timm as well as the neighbor were arrested at the scene and charged with being intoxicated. Timm Refused a field sobriety test both on the scene as well as at the station and no evidence was obtained confirming or disproving whether or not Timm was in fact actually intoxicated.
According to the Discovery provided thus far, police state that they witnessed Timm "Driving the vehicle without lights", which Timm insists is untrue. "If they saw the vehicle driving without lights then why did they not pull the vehicle over, why instead did they find it and us on the side of the road?"
Both occupants have stated that there had in fact been a third occupant inside the vehicle with them earlier that evening who was "driving until the vehicle was pulled over, at which point they claim the third person parked the vehicle where it ultimately was encountered by police, and state that the third person actually "took the keys to the vehicle with him when he bailed out and left us there."
According to Seth Jones, the neighbor who was ultimately passed out upon the police encounter stated to church leaders that he had in fact borrowed the vehicle from a friend to travel to Medford to do some laundry. "My friend didn't want me to take the car by myself because my license was suspended so I went to the church and asked Tim Timm if he would go with me." Jones admitted to the church that he (Jones) had been the primary driver during the trip, but said that they had stopped to "Pick up a hitch-hiker" along their trip back north.
Both Timm and Jones stated that the hitch-hiker persisted on driving the vehicle because Jones driving was "making him very nervous." Jones admits that he was intoxicated upon departure from the city of Medford, Oregon, though Jones states he feels he "Was driving fine" that ultimately the passengers consistant complaining ultimately led to allowing the passenger to drive the vehicle more than half the return trip home.
"Seth (Jones) was pretty drunk by the time we left Medford" states Timm, "He was driving a bit irratical and so as the hitch-hiker continued badgering him (Jones), my siding with letting him drive opposed to Seth ultimately is why I believe he relinquished the wheel to the guy."
Later it would come to be known that Seth Jones was in fact on Parole for having actually ran over and Killed a 4 year old child while driving drunk in his past. "Had I known about that conviction I would Not have agreed to accompany him to Medford or anywhere else." Since this incident Timm nor ONAC have had any assocation with Jones other than initially after being released from jail for the incident. Jones has in fact moved from south valley up to Portland.
Upon their release, Jones was questioned intensly by church leader Sachem Joy Graves, whom states that Jones told her that he was driving until he agreed to the hitch-hiker to drive. Jones told Graves that Timm refused to drive the vehicle because of the fact that it had "expired tags and no electrical lights working". Jones told Graves that he sat passenger while Timm rode in the back and that short after switching seats that ultimately Jones "passed out" in the passenger seat where he remained unconscious until police woke him up and ultimately arrested both he and Timm.
"They beat the S**t out of Tim Timm" said Jones, "I didn't think he could have endured such a beating like he did, I know I couldn't have.
Consequently, short after this incident, Seth Jones decided to victimize the church further by coming onto the land in the dark of night wheree he proceeded to literally STEAL the churches land rover. This only came to light when police retrieved Jones inside the rover, "highly intoxicated" according to police who responded to the "Crash" of the Rover which police say Jones intentionally "Drove into a building" allegedly owned by his own father. Jones was charged with DUI as well as multiple other charges including endangering building occupants lives Including the man who had lent him the car to travel to Medford just days before and ultimately led to he and Timm's arrest.
Timm has been appointed legal counsel from the court but he has yet to have the opportunity to meet or discuss the case with her. Church leaders also note that the churches legal counsel have also yet to be able to establish communications with the attorney though plan on overseeing this and all other pending cases against church members, especially those of ONAC KM because of the "obvious retalitory legal attacks against them."
Church officials do note that they are literally in process of filing an Injunction against the state or Oregon because of this and the great many other unjust attacks their members are enduring due to religious persecution and also note that within it "Will be a TRO", meaning a Temporary Restraining Order will be in place against the state and "all it's minicipalities, including specifically Douglas County Oregon as they remain among the primary of attackers victimizing the church.
Please stay tuned for future updates regarding this and other such cases against ONAC members
