ONAC KM Sachem releases tv broadcast
Many of you may not know that ONAC KM have recently established a channel on Mee Mee tv, and for those of you who don't, we want to make sure you know that it is up and running! The first use of this channel was to cover the recent Round Table meeting and ceremony that was held January 27th 2017, though apparently for some reason it is not accessible in the archives. We are glad to know that it was however utilized during the gathering with more than 150 live viewers!
Since that broadcast, Sachem Graves has broadcasted a short announcement to update members and supporters as to the present position of ONAC KM as far as the Portland Federal injunction case which was filed back in January 2015 and announced that the church is in the process of getting that injunction re-filed, this time including the state of Oregon as a defendant as well as their including of a Temporary Restraining order on the state of Oregon, the US Postal Service and the US Postal Service.
Graves went into detail as to what "Shield of protection" that will ultimately mean, not just for the ONAC KM members but also the whole of Oklevueha Native American Church and ALL of the members thereof. We are including the link immediately below with the encouragement of you viewing it as well as future broadcasts from ONAC KM regarding church related issues.:

In the broadcast Graves also pointed out that should any of the defendants of the case prove two or more violations of the Temporary Restraining Order, that ultimately the courts would be inclined to make the Restraining Order a permanent fixture assuring the division between Church and State which Constitutionally Should already be recognized and honored by the defendants and states that once in permanent position, the legal protections regardless of church branch and or affiliation, ALL churches would then be able to use it to legally defend such infringing attacks as ONAC KM have been enduring.
According to Graves, an ONAC member who as of the present time whom wishes to remain anonymous has agreed to step forward and pay the fees to have the injunction re-filed, which the church is eagerly prepared and anxious to accomplish for the safety of they and all ONAC members. Graves explained in detail some of the horrific sufferings the KM members have been enduring at the hands of law enforcement officials, which as you will hear justifies the urgent need to get the case refiled as speedily as is possible. She states that the only thing delaying the re-file is the lacking of an attorney willing to represent the case in actual court, but that the church as well as members are desperately attempting to locate and secure one who will.
According to former attorney Matthew Pappas, who initially filed the injunction in federal court on behalf of the church, the case in his opinion had a "90 percentile" chance of victory. Church leaders explain that that projected ration was BEFORE Pappas and the church discovering that the very same post office who illegally "stole" their care package had in fact been ruled Against by the Oregon appeals court just 3 months prior to their victimization for having illegally done the very same thing without having had legal authorization to do so, same as they lacked when "stole" the churches package.
"They (The Postal Service) knew they were to obtain a valid warrant from a judge Before removing the package from the flow of mail because they were busted from the Appeals court just 3 months Before they illegally stole ours in the very same way they were busted for."
According to church leaders and legal beagles alike, such a reprimand on the very same Post Office having been documented in and by court record then increases the odds for a favorable ruling for the church in their case, and that the contents of the care package itself is "Moot" because Anything obtained after the illegally tampered with package becomes "Fruit of the then poisoned tree.".
As always, you are All encouraged to stay tuned here as well now at ONAC KM Tv for future updates to this and other ONAC related news coverage, and we Thank you for your interest and support.
