Medical damage confirmed on ONAC KM President from state of Oregon officials.
Church President Timothy Timm, who has been being prevented from obtaining medical care from a police beating for 5 Years by the state of Oregon has now been instructed to submit "Proof" to his medical issues by his replacement legal counsel to the state by his recently assigned now legal counsel.
ONAC KM have covered this situation in multiple publications, which you are encouraged to review to get detailed information, but long story short, church President Timothy Timm has finally received what he describes as "the green light I needed to finally actually get medical examination and hopefully some sort of treatment."
Timothy Timm suffered what was confirmed as being both a severe concussion as well as a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of an unjustifiable beating at the hands of police in December of 2012, but when a Civil Rights lawsuit was pursued against the victimizing agency, Timm became deprived of authorization to receive follow-up medical treatment, including specialty testing specifically requested by referral from a state physician. That, combined with his attempt to seek medical care out of state, led to quick and consistent restriction and prohibition from the Oregon courts.
In 2015 notable damage was found and recorded by Timm's primary physician, including the diagnosis of their being "Multiple Blood Clots in the front three lobes of his brain", and too, "A cerebral hemorrhage" but before a referral for treatment could be completed, Timm was prevented again from leaving the boundaries of the state of Oregon and too, his physician had his license unjustly suspended and ultimately was put in such fear that he and his family literally fled the country seeking refuge. Since this time, Timm has Not been authorized to attain medical attention... until now.
According to church officials, Timm has finally got the ability to establish and see his new primary physician, who along with a second physician present, literally spent Hours of uninterrupted time with Timm evaluating him both physically as well as psychologically to very impressive levels according to church leaders who were present as well as aware of the examination. Note that the examination was in addition to additional hours of research and study of his previous medical documentation from multiple physicians, and the reviewing of past imaging and reports as well. Ultimately it was concluded and confirmed that "Mr. Timm in fact is continuing to suffer from both Physical as well as mental damage resulting from both the onset of the assault in 2012, as well as from the damage being un-treated to date."
According to the physicians, "At minimal he is suffering severely from Post-Cuncussive Syndrome, and we will need further imaging to be done in order to determine issues regarding the blood clot issues and to confirm the slowing of a hemorrhage." Additionally when asked about Timm's mental capacity, the physicians both concurred that he "Clearly sustained a severe Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result from the 2012 assault as well, not surprising due to the intensity of the physical injury and damaged he sustained.".
As church leaders explained Timm's behavior as being confused with "Intoxication" opposed to their being a valid medical condition behind it, the physicians chucked with the simultaneous phrase "Well of course people could easily think his behavior stems from a drug or alcohol intoxication, but it doesn't make it true", one physician stating that "People are judgmental by nature." When emphasized that it was causing Timm legal consequences based on such presumptive conclusion, again both physicians chuckled, not that it was funny mind you, but because "That would make even more since, as such people are now triggers in his PTSD episode because they created the trauma."
According to the physicians, it makes since that Mr. Timm would appear intoxicated to people associated to such position as enforcing representatives of law as do officers, especially on-duty and in uniform, which apparently has proven to be the case in one set of criminal cases now pending against Timm in the Douglas County courtroom, where he faces a charge of intoxication where he and other members insist is not the case encompassing the incident. Spokespersons for the church state that the combination of the encountering officers presumption, combined with the complete lack of evidence, and the officers failure to conduct a complete "Phase Two Protocol", Timm remains charged with intoxication.
"When you watch the police video Knowing that the Two possibilities in need of consideration are "Intoxication" as the state claims, and a medical situation of TBI Combined with a mental condition of severe PTSD being triggered by the encountering officer even If unintentionally." According to both Timm as well as church counsel, his first court-appointed attorney had been given medical records from Timm's then primary physician Dr. William Countney, which documented and in turn Proves that All the characteristic behaviors demonstrated by Timm seen on camera were in fact specifically noted and documented as having existed for at Least almost a Year Prior to the encounter playing out in a way where Timm was decided to be intoxicated opposed to medically impaired. "Hence why the police are to Complete their Phase Two Protocol, so they don't mis-judge the situation and end up making the wrong conclusion like they had here with our president."
The physicians confirm that a referral for the further imaging as well as a specialty physician in neurology has been initiated, and that ultimately "Because we are in the business of helping people medically no matter What, we are going to continue to do all that we can to help him, just as we would and wil for any of our patients."
