Call to help protect 1st Amendment
Sachim Joy Graves, spiritual leader of Oklevueha Native American Church Kautantowit's Mecatuea (ONAC KM) of the Pacific Northwest is desperately seeking legal help protecting her congregation from the United States Government. According to Graves, Oklevueha is in need of legal representation for the re-filing of their Federal Injunction in Portland, Oregon. "We are seeking an attorney for a pro hac vise to represent the case in court."
The long short of it, is that the church were victimized by the US Postal Service in Portland, Oregon in December 2015 by them having illegally removed and sub-sequentially seems to have Stole a care package that we had entrusted them to deliver to a member patient of ours.
Instead, and too Despite having been reprimanded by the Oregon State Court of Appeals less than 6 months Prior to victimizing our church as they did in the Exact Same Fashion, the very Same Post Office instead chose to repeat their illegal action of Removing mail From the flow of mail WITHOUT a Search Warrant, "and in our case NEVER Yet even Tried to Obtain one"

Please know that it was we as the church who found this case After the initial filing as well as After the Press Conference where Mr. Pappas projected a "90 percentile" without even factoring or Considering such an applicable case. The ultimate goal initially according to Graves was to assure they were held "Equally Accountable under the law" Church spokespersons say that the action itself has inflicted Proven Irreparable damage upon the church and it's members, and too, that the degree of retaliatory victimization that the whole of their church, they believe was due to their "Anticipating that because we were a Native American Church we would passively let them to get away with it".
According to members, the retaliatory damage is Continuing to extend well beyond the mere stealing of the package itself and too, far beyond just the involved members encompassing the package itself, and proves to be irreparable in it's strategy."
Graves says that though the contents of the care package is "Moot", that by attacking the church like they had was Not only infringing on church members and detrimental to their ability to trust in the respect of their religious and spiritual creed, but also extremely damaging to their physical and mental Medicinal rights liberties and freedoms as well saying "We are a spiritual as well as as physical healing church, making it a Double impact attack".
Oklevueha have secured a "Local Counsel" whom is willing to file the case, but the church is seeking an attorney willing to do a pro hac vise at minimum. "We Remain under retaliatory victimization until our Injunction is Re-Filed. Though that retaliation has inflicted me Personally, my focal point of greater fear lye's in the multitude depth levels of infliction still continuing to be inflicted upon the Multiple Members of our church, including our very own President. "
