It has come to our attention that members adopted by independent churches of Oklevueha are being assigned to other church rolls opposed to the one of which they were adopted by, and we think that members, especially new members should be aware of that possible mistake on the mother churches part.

Though it may seem trivial or even insignificant, down the road, it could prove to be a hindrance to members as far as their needs and resource option accessibility, and too, could actually result in a difference of your faith position and reflection within ONAC as well as your community and society as a whole. each independent church of Oklevueha have their own goals, agendas and expectations bestowed upon they and there members. Kautantowit's Mecautea for example are the warrior church of Oklevueha, the ONLY ONE so declared in name titling and position within the whole of Oklevueha. Because of this, ONAC KM is specifically sought after for membership, so ultimately when the member gets there card from Utah and it doesn't reflect them as being a member of ONAC KM, they, and with valid reason, have room for upset.

This is not the first time that such errors have occurred in the membership and card issuing process according to the secretary of ONAC KM of the Pacific Northwest, "We have had members since 2013 that have been placed on other peoples church rolls, and too, we've had many end up reflecting as being directly on the mother churches roll opposed to any other including ours which is the one they were supposed to be put on." In speaking with an adopted member of ONAC KM who recently had this happen to him, it was initially apparent that neither thought it to be a big enough deal to go "boat-rocking" or wimpering about, until that is when it caused an obstacle in regards to a blessing being sought. "What members do not understand, is that a member who reflects as being of a specific church is that churches member, and for another churches leader to step in and officially bless them would be a form of stepping on that church and leaders toes, which is something we as ONAC KM prefer Not to do if we can help it."

New joined members, regardless of which ONAC, are encouraged to immediately check and make sure your cards read as You Wish them to as soon as received from the mother church in Utah, and to contact and request any corrections that may need to be done so that your card reflects as it should. also you may want to confirm your membership number with Utah once assigned to make sure that no one else has the same membership number as that has proven to have happened as well and could cause unnecessary convenience down the line, especially regarding law enforcement encounters.

Please stay tuned for future pertinent news encompassing ONAC, and we thank you kindly again for your continued support, be well everyone~
