Sugarleaf screws the pooch, members illegal grow now to be eradicated
So, as it turns out, another mixed message as to court hearings has this time cost the smoke makers. As we reported, this morning Sugarleaf was said to have had 3 of there churches in Calavaras County court this morning, which we believed to be at 11 am, but come to find out it was not the scheduled time, the scheduled time was 9 am!
We believe that it's more likely than not that Grossman Knew the proper time to which she and her people were to be in court and that she was intentionally trying to mislead the public following her social media because she knows Sugarleaf has acquired a great many haters who want they and there churches GONE from local communities. Why else would she or Anyone show up to court over an hour and a Half before they believe there supposed to be there!
Here is a link to one of the local media who covered the case:
We especially love the way the reporter put it: "It likely would have been part of the plea heard at a scheduled cannabis hearing for an unregistered Burson farm Friday if she had arrived early enough. A decision on the matter was reached by 9:25 a.m., but she walked to the hearing room about five minutes later." As a result, the case was already decided and was done so Against her "church member" David Wong, owner of the property known as "Burson farm."
Calavaras County hearing officer Cherie Spitze imposed a $6,000 fine against the property owner (Not Sugarleaf nor Grossman) that will continue to increase until abatement occurs, and here is where it gets Real interesting to us here at Oklevueha, is when it's said: "Grossman represented Wong because the cannabis plants on the property were under her ownership."
This could well prove to be a huge key in future events to come to both Sugarleaf and Grossman as well as now former partner in this crime federal parolee Charles Edward Lepp who Grossman recently tossed from Sugarleaf so Lepp says "She doesn't have to share the tithing's with me." Lepp explained that the churches are expected to tith to Sugarleaf "at harvest" which is right around the corner from now for most, especially outdoor cultivators.
This raises many questions, such as who "owns" all the tens of thousands of plants being grown across the golden state under the Sugarleaf sign, is it Sugarleaf, Grossman, or the property owners growing them? Surely the person giving her tens of thousands of dollars for a "Blessing" from Sugarleaf "Church" BELIEVE they are paying such so that THEY could then grow, harvest and claim the rewards from their otherwise illegal cannabis cultivation SAFELY from legal harm, while Obviously that is proving here to Not be the case.
From the sounds of Heidi Grossman she owns them all, but from the sounds of Calavaras county officials perspective, beings the plants are all growing illegally, they feel the responsibility as far as "ownership" befalls to the property owner and Not to Grossman nor Sugarleaf Rasta Church - this is something we would suggest really being emphasized to the remaining cannabis cultivators who THINK they owe a tithing to Sugarleaf, you Don't! Leaves people who bought a blessing from Sugarleaf to wonder what exactly they were giving her there money for doesn't it?
If this don't convince you of that being the true reality then perhaps this quotation will: "Grossman said Sugarleaf has farms in Murphys and Mokelumne Hill, both of which have been cited as nuisances by the county because they’re unpermitted grows." To be Clear here, Unpermitted meaning Illegal, or, not state authorized to be in existence. What this means is, though you may THINK that you have some sorta paperwork in your hand that will magically be saving you from any and all legal prosecution for illegally growing cannabis because you gave Sugarleaf a butt-ton of money in exchange for that promise, YOU sir and or madam, have been VICTIMIZED in a scam, nothing more, and thus far you remain LUCKY to have Not been included in the criminal justice system with the others who were also taken in by this scam who have been busted!
Heidi Grossman, refusing to go unheard as usual for alcoholics of her caliber, was as always quick to push out her sagging chest and boast to media that "There are 250 churches throughout the state that vary in size" and of coarse to announce that The largest of there illegal gardens is "in Yolo County, growing 7,500 plants" which of coarse we already know as she says the officials were there "stealing genetics" just a few days ago.
Another point that is deserving of some serious emphasis is in that media note "Grossman has run into issues in a number of other jurisdictions." According to a statement Grossman posted on social media this morning when speaking about today's hearing, she currently has 26 "cases" pending against her "churches" in central California.
As all who know Grossman could anticipate, she of coarse was quick to state to local media that "She intends to file a writ of mandate against the county on Monday. She hopes to have a hearing to reverse the ruling on the Burson farm." We don't doubt that she will as filing suits against people has become her favorite passtime since suing Excalibur for wearing her out some years ago, but since her creation of Sugarleaf, it's all she seems excited about doing, aside from counting her profits and anticipated tithings.
