Former ONAC Attorney Pappas officially Spanked for Professional Misconduct
Well, apparently Pappas's Pappy never told him it's not wise to piss off a judge, especially a Federal court judge, but it's a lesson that's a long time coming, and one he's not finished learning quite yet.
For those of you who somehow missed, or obtained any sort of Doubt as to our claims that former ONAC Civil Rights attorney Matthew Scott Pappas was actually Failing in the defense representation of Multiple Oklevueha Native American Church cases, including ONAC KM's own "PDX Injunction" because of mental incompetence, we are finally fortunate enough to find ourselves in the position of providing you some official documentation that will likely Finally convince you that it's true.
Please understand that there is no "glory" nor "Honor" to be had in exposing a person's mental illness by any means, but too, it doesn't do they or any who encounter them any good to have it hidden and not known it's needing to be factored into whatever equations either, and in Pappas, there's been too many Major casualties because and besides his own mind.
In the filing we are going to be presenting to you, please know that the initial filing against Pappas from Judge Wilson to the state BAR Association of California contains a total of 96 pages! ONAC KM as well as ONAC's legal team happily provide for you the following link and suggest you keep hold of it for updates on his status as it will be updated throughout this month at some point we're sure.
We are going to include the pertinent pages applicable to the focus of this article immediately below for your convenience and immediate review so to understand the points to be had in them and this article.
Ok, so in the first picture immediately below, what you're going to be seeing is the official filing stamp of the State Bar Court Clerk's Office in Los Angeles, California reflecting an official filing date of August 16th 2017, which is just barely over a month ago to which that court's Hearing Department reflect a "Notice of Disciplinary Charges" being formally filed against one Matthew Scott Pappas, attorney BAR #171860 in the form of Case# 16-J-16395:
As you can see, that's quite an intimidating Plaintiff list there in our humble opinion, holay! Now, let's take a glance as to what this filing is all about, shall we:
So, according to the above, Pappas is said to have "Committed Professional Misconduct" and was legally spanked according to the way the documents read, are we right? Well then, let's just see what Pappas does next as far as this matter is concerned:
Please read point 1. on the document very Closely especially those of you who doubted that it was a factor in the equation and that this case proves it was because it's clearly stated right there in the official federal court record! But how come it's there you may ask, especially those of you who tend to instinctively jump to the defense of Pappas, who publicly stated and assured time and again that ONAC was in fact "Lying" when we stated he was suffering from a mental illness that he was losing control of- here is your answer as to how come That is in there:
Well, it's not shown here quite as clearly as we'd hoped, but the bottom line answer to why #2 exists in the document immediately above, is because Matthew Pappas Presented his having "Mental Health" issues and episodes as part of his excuse for starting but not finishing, and too, for his half-assing his clients cases back during the time period he was doing the Exact same thing to Oklevueha Native American Church on several cases and including the ONAC KM "PDX Injunction" case in Oregon as well.
If you will note the above DATE the document reflects, June 3, 2016 and reflect BACK to that time, you will find that Pappas in fact Was still officially reflecting as representing ONAC, though we Assure you that He has Yet to NOTIFY us of this and likely other of his clients encompassing then Or now, if we know him as well as we believe we do. Another interesting thing in regards to the Pappas's filing, at least in our minds, is in that his girlfriend Carol is the one who apparently served it... We will be speaking a bit more of her in coming articles as apparently she is more than just a girlfriend rekindling a high school romance with Pappas. And so, this is the long story short of Matthew Pappas latest legal position regarding his much deserved and coming legal spanking because he truly has caused irreparable damage on a great many clients who put our trust into he and his mental stability being intact and attaining the due victory.
