Pappas attempting to save career Oct 11th
Well folks, according to the information we've just received it appears that Matthew Scott Pappas, former Civil Rights attorney of Oklevueha Native American Church is scheduled for what's called an "ADP Conference." For those of us who don't speak attorney, what it is, is a pre-trial meeting of attorneys where the parties discuss respondent's eligibility or participation in the State Bar Court's Alternative Discipline Program (ADP). This event is closed to the public.
The closed-door hearing will be Wednesday October the 11th at 2 o'clock Pm before the honorable Judge Yvette D. Roland. Also scheduled just two days later on Friday October the 13th (lol) but this time at 1:30 Pm Pappas is scheduled for a "Settlement Conference" with the same honorable Judge Yvette D. Roland. What the settlement conference is, much-like the ADP conference in that it too is a discussion, but this time it's among the disputing parties and their counsel, and is also facilitated by a judge, to explore options for settling a case before it proceeds to hearing. This event is also apparently closed to the public.

Because there are two courthouses listed, we will go ahead and also onclude them both here, though we Believe that it's likely Pappas will be having his hearings held at the local courthouse to him which would be the one on Figeroa in Los Angeles and where Judge Roland was assigned to the State Bar Court’s Hearing Department in Los Angeles at.
