More ONAC problem surface in San Diego

Well, it appears that ONAC is not proving to be free of all the wolves in the hen house yet as a new problem has arisen in San Diego county California Thursday. Here is a link to the local media who covered the raid for your convenience:

According to the press, it was around 9 a.m. that the SDPD Narcotics Unit worked with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department (SDSO) to serve search warrants at both dispensaries. They report that while raiding the dispensaries, law enforcement officers (LEO's) seized 12 pounds of high-grade marijuana, 626 edibles, 404 concentrates, along with business documents and cash.

The names of the two facilities raided are reflected as being "ONAC Miramar Healing Center" and "ONAC Lakeside" are the two facilities raided by the LEO's according to the media but according to Oklevueha officials, neither one of them are a validly operating Oklevueha Native American Church!

According to ONAC officials, it is believed that these two unauthorized ONAC churches were being operated by Michael Tepper , who in fact was a member of Oklevueha in that area, BUT, he as others whom are also recently getting caught up with greed scams whole claiming association to ONAC, Tupper was put on formal distrust more than a WEEK Before the raids happened and formally had been told to stop operating the two churches as Oklevueha's IMMEDIATELY. We are waiting official confirmation of this so ask that you please stay tuned for an update in the near future regarding this.

Meanwhile, according to a profile on Tepper we found which we are providing you with here for your convenience (https://www.linkedin.com/in/entertainmentmlm/?ppe=1 ) states that Tepper is the "Director of Oklevueha Native American Church of Sacramental Healing Inc." and this is what he has to say about it: "We are dedicated to bringing our members the finest medicines and Sacrament available at the best prices anywhere. We take pride in the administration and functioning of all our programs within the ONAC family. We network nationwide with all Tribes and Indigenous peoples to bring the most knowledgable teachings and spiritual healer's and medicine people to our members."

Truth be told, Tepper had acknowledged having been on distrust and had reported to ONAC that he had immediately ceased operations upon the furst raid, which according to hte reporter was proven to be untrue else they wouldn't be raided Again would they. Tupper had insisted he was disassociated from ONAC but still feels that he is entitled to use the churches legal protection - this is Not the case and he cannot.

Tepper has been the operator of these so called "ONAC Churches" according to his accounting, since 1995.

in doing some research into him, Michael Tepper is a former attorney who graduated from the University of Michigan Law School. whom was disbarred (as was Patrick McNeal) by the state of California. According to Tepper "As a Director and Elder of this Branch all my efforts and time are donated to the betterment of the Church and it's members. A function of a Director is to arrange fundraising and general management of the church. I feel honored and blessed to be a part of this wonderful and uplifting organization and all it stands for."

Tepper lists his other professional credentials as including:

1. Having been the CEO of Coffee Extraordinare from July 2011 thru March of 2015 across the San Diego area where Tepper claims to be an "Importer of the finest coffee beans frown in the World" and says "We roast and package our products to the Restaurant trade."
2. Having been CEO of Med/Tronix from January 1989 thru January 1995 which is what he describes as being a "Comprehensively designed billing software is specifically engineered to force compliance with all pertinent State and Federal legal regulatory Medical Billing requirements such as dictated by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)."
3. Having been an "Account Executive" for "Loan Shopper" from March 2002 thru July of 2010 doing what he described as "Primarily in the Super Jumbo Mortgage originations. From 1 Million and up."
Tepper lists having gone to and graduated from law school the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor from 1967 to 1973, where he says he got his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law But makes no mention of actually having practiced law. What's interesting but yet in a way, no surprise really if you poke around a bit and start hearing about his track record as an attorney. He also claims to have attained his Masters in Business Administration from Boston University in 1968.
We are still investigating into this situation and will update you as soon as we have more information to provide. In the meantime, we thank you for your continued interest and support and hope you will stay tuned.
