Weedman scheduled for Court October 5th

We have just received a recorded audio interview with Ed Forchion, aka the New Jersey Weedman who has been questionably detained in the Mercer County Jail for 202 days so far due to a denial of bail option as he is being charged under a new bail reform law to which they claim he falls under because he is charged with 2nd degree Witness tampering.

For those of you just getting wind of this situation going on in Trenton New Jersey with the "NJ Weedman", we Highly encourage you to reflect back to our previous posts covering in more detail exactly what the hell is going on and supposedly Why and how come, but the long story short of it becomes apparent in the following photograph of Forchion because as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words!

So, we are putting out a call to ALL our Mecautea and to our cannabis defenders... NJ needs your help support and too your physical presence if possible.

Here is the video link to the interview for your convenience we hope and encourage you to listen and support him in any and every way you can, especially if you can physically come out to the courthouse for support and too, force of presence of his support.:

"Normally a case with so small a amount would be downgraded to the municipal court. - (I'm happy it's not, here in the superior court I have a right to a jury trial)"

"THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO BE WASTING SUPERIOR COURT RESOURCES TO PROSECUTE ANYONE FOR THIS SMALL AMOUNT OF PERSONAL WEED!!!"

Forchion will have been held in jail for a total of 206 days come October 4th which is Finally his court date, one we Hope to see bring him Some sort of justice from the so called Judicial system, such as his freedom at Least if not a complete dismissal of charges all together due to the gross intentional infringement on his rights. Due Process includes the guarantee of a "Speedy Trial", and too the 16th assures that Forchion has the right to know and face his accusers, which apparently the court Also felt was an entitlement not deserving extended to Forchion despite him being a native born American.

Darrell Paulsen · says it best as far as how respected and appreciated Forchion and his efforts, sufferings and sacrifices defending our rights of freedom, especially including Free Speech, Due Process and countless more when he posted: "A great hero for many of us that believe they cannabis is right not something we need to be convicted for!"

"THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE SHOULD DISMISS THIS CASE THEMSELVES out of embarrassment ..... BUT IM READY TO WHOOP THEIR ASS'S IF THATS WHAT THEY WANT!!!"

Please support Weedman in ANY way you can possibly think to do, and stay tuned for updates on his status, future updates and what goes on from here. As always we Thank you for your continued interest and support in what we do and hope you stick with us!
