NJ Weedman set for Trial 10/17/2017
To the surprise of many, it appears that the state of New Jersey will be pursuiting a trial against Robert Edward Forchion Jr. aka New Jersey Weedman though what they are going after him for has many upset and calling foul on there abuse of justice.
Those of you who would be willing to go to the courthouse in support of Forchion are Highly Encouraged to do so. The address of the courthouse is: Mercer County Superior Court 400 S Warren St Trenton NJ.
Here is a message posted from Forchion explaining in his own words what's going on:

Mercer County prosecutors have filed a motion to bar Edward "NJ Weedman" Forchion from discussing the testimony and evidence of his other, ongoing cases which resulted in his arrest for "Witness tampering" when Forchion posted a public inquiry about a person he suspects of being a snitch for police, leaving him in jail for over 240 days come trial and too, facing a 20 year prison sentence, all for posting a person's name on social media.
Yes, you heard us right, assistant prosecutors John Boyle and Stephanie Katz argued that Forchion should not be allowed to discuss evidence and testimony related to the charges that stem from the April 2016 raid and should ultimately be sentenced to 20 years in prison for posting a name and inquiry of a person in the same fashion as do police, media and many others within the system of government. If convicted, it could change and even eliminate each and all of our right to free speech as well as land a great many of us behind bars!
A not so surprising move by prosecutors is in that they also argued that Forchion should not be allowed to discuss jury nullification or argue that he has been charged as a "mistake of law" during the trial as they learned well long ago that Forchion is well versed in Jury Nullification and is known to educate his jurors to the same factual reality AND have them Agree with him! "All I want to do is have a fair trial," Forchion said and all agree with him though many fear he will get one in the state of New Jersey, especially if Judge Massi continues on the cases against him.
We Really hope to see everyone come out and show your support for Weedman as this will prove to be another historic case and Your physicl presence could make the difference.

Michelle Marie This case wouldn't exist if it weren't for the other case. The 2 cases are directly related. I hope the judge doesn't rule in the prosecution's favor.
if Weedman can't talk about the other cases ....Neither can the prosecutor so how are they going to explain their case against him
Tony Liberte This case is A total disgrace to America. 1st Amendment free speech doesn't exist when a man is told what he can or cannot talk about on his own criminal defense. This country is a shell of its once glorious self. Let the civil war rage.
Laura Rockhill If the judge grants that it that would be grounded for appeal. Not that you should have to go thru that bullshit. And again if that is allowed the prosecutor can't bring it up either, which means they have no case. This is crazy. Someone in the prosecutors office was beaten with the stupid stick, that's for sure.
