Sugarleaf Queen of Scheme allowed bail?!

As most of you know, Sugarleaf Rasta Church has been causing nothing but grief, hardship bloodshed and even death across the golden state of California this year as there greed for ganja has led to more than 300 illegal church establishments and more than 170 illegal cannabis gardens across the state this season. While many sat on pins and needles wondering When the state would take affirmative action at protecting our plant and people, Tuesday morning many believe justice was beginning to prevail.

Grossman was arraigned in the Superior Court of the state of California in Yuba County at approzzimately 1:30 on charges stemming from her great many illegal cannabis farms and related operations, one of which led to the shooting of two deputies of Yuba County sheriff's department and also the death of one of her churches employees in Oregon House August 1st.

One person keeping an eye on all of this and whose winning our hearts one post at a time, is Charlie Shine who explained in a post he made public earlier about it on social media what many had hoped would happen in court this afternoon but apparently unfortunately didn't: "More than likely Yuba County is going to make things VERY difficult for Heidi and they will likely wrap a 1275 hold around her set bond amount. A 1275 restriction allows the court to have supreme latitude in "approving or disapproving" the source of funds or collateral used "before" the bond for release until trial is approved. This tactic is usually reserved for organized crime or conspiracy charges. I would suggest to say its action will be a clear message from Yuba County demonstrating their extreme displeasure in the recent violence associated with the Sugarleaf grow in Yuba County."

Grossman, who seen pictured above while incarcerated at the Yuba County Jail suddenly doesn't appear to be the cocky and confident "Queen" she has been so quick to outwardly display to the world as we've seen in recent months. Could it be perhaps that it's finally starting to sink in that what she's been doing is Wrong not to mention illegal? it is quite the switch for people to see her so teary eyed as usually she's seen yelling, screaming and putting on a really tacky inappropriate show publicly, but today it would seem as her new performance may have paid off for her because according to Eddy the judge not only lifted the 1275 hold which prevented her a release option, but he also Lowered her bail from $100,00 down to $50,000, which ultimately means she will be set free for just a $5,000.00 payment to the courts, a drop in the bucket considering she's sold over 300 so called blessings of churches to the tune of 10-35 grand a pop!

Word has come from Charles Lepp via social media Heidi is expected to be released within the next few hours. We guess there will be no more rest as the wicked goes free. Here is his video link announcement:

Though it remains unconfirmed as of this time, we Presume Lepp is telling the TRUTH this time and so are going to go ahead and treat it as if he is while we await official confirmation from the jail. We will let you know just as soon as we get word one way or the other, and we thank you for your continued interest and support.

Many are outraged at the thought of Heidi going free, especially those who have suffered irreparable harm because of she and Sugarleaf and are hoping it isn't true whole others are trying to keep hold of their faith by saying she likely will be rearrested on more charges soon. Time will tell, but what a truly disappointing day and outcome for many if Grossman Lepp walks free after all she and her church have done to the people in and beyond California.

Please stay tuned for future updates, thanks.
