More Victims speak out about church scam

We are so honored to Finally be able to speak with you about an incident that went on at the careless hands of former ONAC attorney Matthew Pappas so to bring to light for you the harmful victimization being suffered by many because of the self absorption and hap-hazard concept and unprofessional conduct is causing them by he and his team. Many of you already know of the damage Pappas bestowed upon ONAC but what many seem to not comprehend is that he is daily setting out to intentionally harm and endanger others or all the puppets he has helping him.

Today we bring you an article about one couple in Oregon who have unjustly suffered because we want to make sure You understand that it's not just in California team Pappas is doing this - they are spreading it from coast to coast as quickly as they possibly can in the hopes of getting rich quick and getting out unscathed. This couple, like many, sought to help heal people and ultimately found there way to the concept of "Church", and they trusted, and ultimately thanks to these people, and never launched as a church. The scam was uncovered a month before and because they are Honorable in there efforts and deeds, not only did they not launch in Oregon as a church and we think it's also important to emphasize that they NEVER took a single penny from anyone, instead like so many, they were financially taken advantage of by these shady dishonest people!

Though you may already know of them from there Youtube announcement regarding this before it was removed, We are honored to present to you "Total Herbal Care" of Oregon, and so without further adue, here is there personal accounting of their victimization for Your convenience... Please do Not let it happen to any of You, that's our goal, hoping to spare and prevent you from being victimized by people like team Pappas:

"Our timeline was simple and undeniable that it's Heidi's doing. We met Heidi (Grossman-Lepp) through the MCLR2016 campaign with Jacqueline McGowen, and had dinner the night before the event that year in San Bernardino. It was during this dinner that Matt (Not Pappas) and I told them both that we were from Denver, and talked about the details that led to us taking our company to California. Because they were both living in Southern California at the time, we told them the area in which our garden was located, and they both connected with me, as I am all about working with educated, strong canna women to fight against injustices for everyone. So the entire event spoke to me, and Heidi used this realness against me.

The morning of our raid, the police entered our property with a warrant for a man named Dave Major, not for matt or myself, and the address was to another house all together. They used this warrant as justification for entering our property. They detained my husband while they cut down the garden, and when they took the handcuffs off of him, he was told, and I direct quote, "get the fuck off my hill and go back to Colorado." How could they have known we were from Colorado, when we both had California IDs. The lead officer, officer sean Moore, admitted on the stand during our pretrial that they never called any of our collective paperwork until the following afternoon." We would like to interject here just to emphasize a point that we feel is pertinent and want to make sure you don't miss, what they are telling you is that there was Nothing that should have indicated to the Law Enforcement Officers (LEO's) that would have led them to KNOW that they were in fact from Colorado, meaning that SOMEONE who knew that had to have pre-told them, and they're Saying they believe it to be Heidi Grossman-Lepp who Told the Leo's about them and there garden! Ultimately because of it they ended up with a one misdemeanor ticketable charge not felonies. We dont want people thinking they are wanted or have warrants or did anything wrong other than trusting these people, a mistake we hope others learn from before ending up like they and so many others are who do trust them. They are Very fortunate as currently others remain sitting in jail and facing serious legal consequences throughout the state of California.

"Rewinding a bit, though. The day of the raid, I have private message conversations saved between Heidi and I. She stuck out as the real woman who would fight for us and help us out of this, as this is how she sells herself to new people. She gave me her number, and we called her the day of the raid. She told us that because we were bankrupted from the raid and can't afford an attorney, we should contact either Charnel James or Joseph Tully, Both of which, we now know, owns multiple churches." Again we're going to interject here just real quick to simply put the emphasis in Your minds on the fact that here again in this victimization we're finding the name of California attorney Charnel James... it's not the First time and unfortunately it sounds like it may not be the last either.

According to them, "Charnel was not only ALWAYS A HALF AN HOUR LATE MINIMUM TO COURT, she never once formed a sentence in defense of us. We were a legal cultivation company, and hey robbed us at gunpoint. They burned our patient folders and all documentation that would show we were legal. The warrant they used was for someone else at a different address and Sean Moore never called to confirm our farm until the following afternoon, as part of court record. The woman (Charnel James) never once formed a defense of any kind. She never even asked them questions that led anywhere. She literally did nothing but lie and tell us everything would be fine. We waived our right to time, yet she always had to push back our court appearances because she was on vacation every month.

What should have been dismissed in pretrial ended with her entering my husband into a plea without our consent. She called us on our cell phones the evening before thanksgiving to tell us if we don't give her $7000, she was going to plea us out and not fight for us at all. That's BEYOND unbelievably Scary, you'd Think it was illegal! And what kind of an attorney Says or acts that way toward a client for heaven's sakes?!

"That's when when we decided to never return because she was playing with our future. Matt could have been imprisoned if we returned. To make matters worse, when we discovered the church scam, we found pictures, people sent to us, of Heidi at police balls, and photographed, public record, of her with the head of the eradication teams. How could the team know we were from Colorado? Why were we targeted? I genuinely don't know."

Something Definitely seems a bit fishy to us, and too, we're wondering how such information and pictures could have been overlooked by the global cannabis community, especially those in California? But apparently they, as the fact that Grossman Lepp was a professional witness for the state of California when seeking the prosecution of cannabis cultivators had slid past them too somehow. Perhaps if people had been paying closer attention, and Questioning there shit, things wouldn't have gotten to the out of control level it has today in central California, maybe there wouldn't be over a dozen in jails right now because of thousands of illegal plants killed, not to mention the bloodshed and all Other harm and damage caused upon there victims without ANY remorse seen or yet had.

"We were growing for patients on a half an acre, off grid in the mountains. I genuinely don't know why they would target us, except for the knowledge of knowing picking on the little guys means greater chance of getting away with it, because you're leaving people who have nothing with even less. She hand fed us to the eradication teams, and then hand selected attorneys she knew would fuck us because they worked for them." Yes, you heard them right, they're saying that Grossman Lepp if not the rest of them too, Are in fact working for the benefit of our oppressor!

According to them, "I first met Eddy April of this year. Nothing is sticking to him as far as direct links to the scams, but as a married woman myself, I'll go out on a limb and say there's no way they weren't scamming together once he was released. That part is speculation. But what married couple doesn't talk to one another about finances and their joint company/fake church? It's highly unlikely that he's a complete victim, but it's also possible she used him for his celebrity within the community to scam more people with ease....because Eddy Lepp is Eddy Lepp. I just go off what I can prove, and I have no doubt that she handed our location to police." For those of you not wanting to believe it, we point you to the great many filings Sugarleaf filed with multiple counties throughout California Noting to them that they had in fact established illegal cannabis gardens that they would have there followers Believe such action would protect them. It didn't, and since August 1st we have seen Sugarleaf's gardens being raided just coincidentally, NOW the Lepp's have all there logs and records so surely we will be seeing more and more fall throughout the harvest season.

"I forgot to mention, no wood chippers were on site. Our plants were cut whole, and heli-ported off the mountain in tact....three days before we were cutting them. They were finished and they knew it. Around June of 2015, we were visited by code enforcement but later had a closed door meeting with the head of butte county code enforcement and they told us we were good. No violations were present to have been raided in the manner we were. We were treated like cold hard criminals who murdered people, so they could rob us blind. To this day, we lost all of our soil 99 200 gallon smart pots, a trailer we lived in, personal cell phones, and countless other farming equipment. We regrouped following our raid and wrote a business plan to relocate the business to Oregon, and in July of 2016, we relocated to central Oregon."

The couple was very fortunate in that they had resources willing to jump in and help salvage what they could no thanks to Pappas, James and sugarleaf: "We have business partners down in SoCal who helped finance our company's relocation, but as Oregon changed their regulations, we feared being phased out. I wrote Heidi in April of this year seeking funding for an expansion project to purchase land and stay market viable. She invited my down to Sacramento for a week to meet with her business partners. She said she would get us financed 100%, just come with a plan and be ready to talk shop. When we got there, we were told we were being gifted a church for 10% take of the production, and we would get all of our legal stuff handled through her. Problem is, she unregistered our business with the OHA, and we had to scramble to re-register out company and register our LLC again. Suffice to say, the damage has been done. All we can hope for now is the truth will win and these people will be rocking the orange jumper for a long time to come. We would love to be on any outlet you deem would help the bigger cause and our image! Any and all! We are so appreciative to you for providing this opportunity to clear our names for good! "

For there sake, we are presenting this to you in the hopes that You might have some ideas on what they and we can do to help put a permanent end to these people's scam and harm they are bringing upon our community, plants, people and too, the black eye they are spreading upon to our churches. Most of us, like these people, are sincerely trying to make a positive difference for our people and communities and do NOT appreciate having the likes of them lingering around in our shadows - it is not safe for us to have and allow them to remain anywhere around our plant or people and we need YOUR help and wisdom to protect us all from them once and for all.

It is Sooo frustrating to see people who willingly Choose to remain as blind ignorant sheeple just because they Think i t might gain them something they're really not entitled to down the road, like trust, respect or honor.

What team Pappas caused upon these people is Beyond reprehensable, it's criminally illegal and they need to be stopped before they not only harm more good people like them but too, harm All of our churches and people and cost us what little respect and rights we have left, especially thanks To team Pappas and there caniving illegal bullshit! We know many of you are Frustrated to keep hearing about people doing things like this in the name of Creator (God) and the church, but unfortunately it remains evident that team Pappas have no intention of walking away anytime soon, and too, honor means absolutely Nothing to them.
