Fed's Bust Cali-New York drug ring
For most of our readers who've been paying attention, this news isn't really gonna come as a shock as much as it's been anticipated for awhile now, at least since August 1st after the shooting at "Yuba Trees" farm of "Sugarleaf Rasta Church" left two officers shot, an employee of the farm dead, and a pretty thick trail of an illegal "drug trafficking" operation from California to New York state, especially when you hear of the substances involved, the weaponry found and the huge sums of money involved in this and the Sugarleaf "Church" trafficking operation. Either they're the same OR they've been each others competition, one or the other but the odds seem slim it's coincidence for many, especially those up close and personally affected by people doing this.
We are glad to see that more of the main stream media are starting to focus some attention on the situation as it is and continues to be a growing problem as state by state we and our plant are being sold out to the tax and regulation exploitation, which they SAY is going to be eliminating the so called "Cannabis black market" which personally we believe is the farthest thing from a truthful statement being told by our government (as usual). It's not that we want to see our plant and people busted and victimized because of such unjust laws, but too, because some peoples GREED is clearly getting so far out of Control... something HAS to be done to deal with it and we're Glad to see that Finally the LEO's seem to be taking some sorta affirmative action on deserving people opposed to randomly prosecuting personal consumers for a change.
Below you will find a link to an article published just this morning from "Newsweek" which we were sent by one of the family members by Sugarleaf's murder victim Mark Sanchez. It was sent to us in the hopes that we would share it with you and also to connect any dots you may have somehow been missing throughout this snake-oil catastrophe presented to the world as a "Church" spreading like a plague across not just California but our entire nation, specifically from California to New York. We hope that you will take a few moments to read about the federal LEO action on the west coast and too, that you brace yourself as surely soon they will be also taking more action on the people here in the golden state that are involved.
So, the cute little name of this sting is ‘Operation Green Giant,’ which is described as being "a Strike Force investigation“ All in all, the bust included the arrest of 10 people including 9 on Wednesday in New York and then the one remaining man in San Francisco Thursday who was caught at the SF International airport attempting to fly out of the bay area with $230.000 bucks in cash on him. His destination remains yet publicly unknown as of this time, but his attorney indicates that he will be pleading "Not Guilty" and told reporters he believes that ultimately in the end his client will be vindicated from whatever charges are now pending against him. No mention of what charges any have been arrested for, so as soon as we find out we will promptly do what we can to get them to you. A word of advice would be to NOT accept any help if any is offered by Sugarleaf as if such had been accepted, two women who were also involved in such acts would be serving a life sentence in federal prison.
In this article, it's reported that the feds have been gathering up evidence proving that this particular ring have been in operation since 2016. They say that they now believe that $22 million dollars worth of cannabis was being sent to New York from California since March of 2016. Also they report that more than 6,600 pounds has been transported from west to east in this operation since March of this year already. The packages were primarily being sent thru Fed-Ex apparently and Fed-Ex is cooperating with authorities to determine more conclusively just what it is that's been going on with the minds of these greedy people.

Searches of the defendant’s apartments in New York uncovered guns and ammunition, multiple kilograms of cocaine, hundreds of pounds of marijuana and thousands of dollars in cash, according to what acting Manhattan U.S. Attorney Joon H. Kim reported to the media.
Though it has yet to be confirmed that Sugarleaf is directly involved in this bust, but based on the operation here and how Sugarleaf has been running, most lay odds that they are as there's just way too many coincidences to suggest otherwise. We know as of now that despite even a motion to dismiss, Sugarleaf Founder Heidi Lepp remains presently charged with 2 Felony conspiracy charges believed to result from the Sugarleaf shooting at Yuba Trees in August that initiated attention to the east coast west coast and specifically the California New York trafficking trail overall.
And all of this on the Eve of California laxing for commercialized recreation, one can only imagine what things will be like this time next year, and fear if people like this are left thinking they can get away with this dishonorable behavior too. It's not like ANY of these people were making an effort of helping to benefit ill people or anything, it was fueled by pure selfish greed and nothing more - Clearly once you put the pieces of the puzzle together and look at the whole of the picture. People like this are Not activists they are wolves, we just HOPE people realize there Is a significant difference.
As always, we thank you for your continued interest and support and hope you stick with us as well too as get involved, it's your planet too!
