KM alarmed at Toxic Cannabis in California


Holay, it is scary to find that we have again overlooked such an important thing recently reported by California media from the sheriff's department of Calavaras County, California regarding the "Toxic" illegal cannabis grow sites targeted and eradicated the first week of August this very year. The illegal grows were targeted because they were illegal and believed to be among the most toxic appearing in the county. Keep in mind these are but a few of MANY gardens ultimately poisoning people in this way!

Before we address it though, we do want to provide you with a few different local media sources that addresses and confirms three key points in the Hopes you take our warning SERIOUSLY, Please! here are the 3 points:

1. The grows targeted by Calavaras County were targeted for being illegal;

2. The grows upon bust revealed being environmentally TOXIC due to Intentionally "added chemicals";

3. Some of the properties busted in the above Was in fact declared "Sugarleaf Rasta Church farms!"

We ALSO want you well Aware, that the Sugarleaf Church farm CLAIM to be all organic and throw up company names that boast of being safe and organic and even went so far as to lead people to believe that they lab test to make sure the medicine is "Safe" - HA! Lie after Lie from these people. This does however explain WHY back in August the LEO's were taking "genetic" and "soil" samples from multiple Sugarleaf Churches for the many who were left confused by it! An important thing to be noted in this article, aside from them confirming the use of toxic chemicals, is that they confirm also that the bulk of the cannabis was that "These are illegal growers. These are the people that are shipping this stuff out of the state." We know from the LEO's that Sugarleaf have been trafficking such cannabis out of the state and across the literal nation for at Least the last 2 Years, Maybe even Longer!

In this article we want to point out that "Among the detained were many from areas outside Calaveras County. Some came from areas ranging from Sacramento to Santa Rosa to as far away as Staten Island, N.Y." according to Calavaras County Sheriff Rick DiBasilio. We believe this to be Key as the shooting in Yuba County just the day prior that was also a Sugarleaf "farm" that took place on land owned by a resident of New York state also who had legally leased the land in contract Personally to Sugarleaf founder Heidi Grossman now Lepp.

According to this article above, the "Tributaries along the Mokelumne and Stanislaus Rivers that supply water to millions throughout the Bay Area and Central Valley locations were abused. Other environmental infractions included illegal grading, unauthorized water diversions and illegitimate damming of streams, said Clint Snyder, assistant executive officer with the Central Valley Regional Water Control Board."

We know as of now that additional busts have been made across central and Northern California as well also in the state of Nevada claimed as Sugarleaf operations, and too that the Federal and state agencies in New York have also been busting these illegal traffickers as a result of Sugarleaf as well.

To address this, we are calling upon a geologist who we believe will be able to explain it best and most accurately - it's THAT serious that we want to make sure we handle this right and bring among our best sources possible to you to address it. Know that we have asked our geologist to please focus on the Sugarleaf grow locations, and so upon review, this is the final outcome:

"Sugarleaf's properties have high levels of 2 pesticides, "Eagle 20" and "Avid" ..toxic to humans." It's important that you please note that Each of these chemical "additives" in themselves are considered toxic to human consumption BUT what you also Need to know is that when combined, according to our geologist, "It turns into cyanide when smoked" and eventually the use of avid will result in major health issues and possibly over time even literal physical DEATH!

Also our geologist informs us that "Avid will result in Major crops being taken out wineries too because spider mites and the like become immune, which as explained, Will result "in blight," According to our geologist "This is happening in Santa Cruz county the red spotted mights have now completely taken over boulder creek ..some of the time the areas do not have indigenous "super mites" or the right environment for them to thrive, but even still Can become infested/"

We want to add that we including our geologist personally have also heard that many growers Are doing this with drones and pollen. The Geologist explains that "Because quarantine procedures aren't used . the superbugs are transported on clones cut from infested mothers are now impacting all surrounding crops not just cannabis."

Potentially the geologist states that this situation "Could create a blight nation wide" explaining that the toxic chemicals "will trickle down to natural methods such as ladybugs as well .pirate miners, Knats ..etc."

Also the geologist warns All cultivators using such chemicals that when used, especially together in an operation, that it can "promote black mold, which ultimately will end up infecting equipment and the surrounding environment"

In quoting from the above articles comment section, we feel rather inclined to actually include a quote We and hopefully many others will also agree with: "Calaveras NORMLFrom what I understand in this article, these were people from everywhere but here. They had total disregard of our land, water and way of life. I don’t wish harm on anyone, never have never will. But this kind of cannabis farmer is not welcome here even by the cannabis community. We have a few hundred good commercial cannabis farmers who have stepped up, paid up and are in compliance with our local cannabis rules. That is the example we want for Calaveras. Thank you Sheriff Rick for protecting our local cannabis farmers as well as the rest of Calaveras County. This is a good example of Measure C and the registration fees from the UO making a difference to keep our county safer. Bob Adman Bowerman."

ONAC KM leaders state that they believe "This is why the Lepp's sought our blessing to be entrusted as a church, to have the ability to bypass Legal accountability- not Just taking taxes out of their pocket, and too it shows why though they Were initially entrusted, why they were dissassociated and then denounced within Less than a 6 month period of being entrusted - ONAC as a whole honor and respect all creation including specifically our Mother Earth - how DARE they desecrate the good and attempt to SMEAR our church by intentionally toxifying our planet and plant medicine while claiming to respect our plants and people, especially the sick who Need it!" and adds "Greed is a very scary thing, especially in people like this, how Disgraceful!"

On that we Wonder if Sugarleaf and the Lepp's will be held accountable by any, including the Cannabis community at Least in California for all of the blatantly reckless HARM they chose to inflict upon our plant, people and state? Only TIME will tell, and be noted if people pay Attention! ONAC KM's position remains Crystal Clear in that we are defenders of Creation, and so ultimately we agree with William Bergmann, Owner-Operator at Hollywood Bed & Breakfast who publicly chimed in saying "These people should be dealt with like any other environmental scofflaw. They are a hazard to everyone."

We HOPE that you Also agree as well as Not FORGOT especially through the next year ingesting in and beyond the state of California as we know Sugarleaf has been spreading from coast to coast and we have Yet to find out where All, so again, Please be AWARE of what and from who you're putting something into your bodies, it's serious and dangerous business! We Know they were supplying New York, Florida and are still investigating whether or not they are in Maryland and or elsewhere - we Need your help as this situation is Beyond a public safety concern for the masses of our people - PLEASE help if you can!
