No POW420 Support for NJ Weedman?!
Though it may come as a bit of a shock to some, many are not surprised to find that we must raise the question as to why there has NOT been ANY form of public outcry from "POW420" for Robert Edward Forchion Jr. whom is globally known as "The New Jersey Weedman", especially considering that POW420 it's run by an activist who claims to have been inspired by such wisdom Forchion has taught the global cannabis community such as Jury Nullification?
Adela Falk, founder of the organization had the following to publicly say about her project on
September 23rd 2017, "I am eager for the opportunity to share the stories of the numerous issues related to the war on cannabis and the search for policies and actions to address the many problematics associated with them." "I serve as a prison outreach coordinator for POW420. I am here representing our brothers and sisters, children, parents, grandparents...everyone wrongly incarcerated for unjust cannabis laws. I urge for judicial reform or at best a harm reduction approach to this war on cannabis. Our point of view is important as we bring a human approach - compassionate, empathy based policy which are always at play with humankind and to significantly inform individual’s use of cannabis and policy makers response to cannabis use. For too long, the Federal Gov’t and States have been on a path that is directed by and grounded in policies which are punitive, dehumanizing and result in over criminalization. The ‘empathy based and science approach’ movement elevates the imperative of affirming the moral center and moral authority which emanates from the sacred views inherent in all of humanity. No-one belongs in jail for a plant. #POW420"
Many are upset that Forchion has sat in a New Jersey jail cell for well over 230 days thus far and yet not a single word uttered from this group of it's founder publicly, professionally nor personally. Many are even MORE upset knowing that when a canna-wolf such as Heidi Grossman-Lepp was arrested the group almost IMMEDIATELY up on their website, and she wasn't in Jail but for Almost 4 days!

If you're not aware of why this is Soooo Insulting not only to Forchion but the the entire honorable Global cannabis community. Grossman -Lepp has Proven herself to be an enemy of cannabis and especially to, of the ill patients who Need and depend on it. We encourage you to review our archives for an accurate accounting proving so! This woman has officially be a pro witness for Prosecutors in California AGAINST Cannabis people Before even waltzing her flabby bootie into our movement and community for heaven's sakes, and since she has done nothing but lie, manipulate, Rip off, Snitch out Countless of our people and businesses and starting in August, she's been shedding the blood of others including her own "employees" leading one straight into his literal death when all he wanted was what was Owed to him! Heck we just learned recently that all the cannabis grows she has had busted so far are proven to not only be Toxic to the environment but potentially DEADLY to those who smoke her herb!
Forchion on the other hand has lived his life completely Opposite of Grossman-Lepp. He has spent more than 25 years of his life protecting and defending our plant and people both through general cannabis activism as a patient advocate and also too, forchion has been helping to protect our rights to use our beloved sacred herb "religiously" since 2005 when he co-founded the United Cannabis Ministry and then established his own "Liberty Bell" churches in both California and in New Jersey. We as ONAC KM are and remain HONORED to have Forchion as our member, Emissary and ally.
Forchion is praised for having taught the Masses of our community about "Jury Nullification" which coincidentally the court has forbade him to speak of this court go-round, likely because such wisdom has resulted in his freedom three times already! For those of you not aware of Jury Nullification and or our beloved New Jersey Weedman, we Highly Encourage you to google search and check them Both out - it will enlighten your life for sure if ya do!
As supporters of Forchion, we wonder what it would take to get this websites attention toward supporting him. Many or our viewers also wonder Why this organization would jump to cry help for a wolf when one of our own is genuinely undeserving suffering. Then again, perhaps the answer is staring us all right in the face... Today Forchion started his trial on 2 of his pending 15 charges which completely encompass cannabis, and the law enforcement officers (LEO's) use of a Confidential Informant in attempt to convict him for cannabis. If convicted on the charges he faces today, he is being threatened with up to 20 Years in prison, and keep in mind that it Still leaves 13 more criminal charges to go after This rial is done!

As we recently saw publicly unfold via social media in regards to Heidi Grossman-Lepp, the one mentioned as contrast above, Adelia Falk KNEW of all the harm Grossman-Lepp has caused and brought upon the cannabis community here in America. Granted, Falk may Not have been Aware of the extent of it, but none-the-less she did in fact know, and here is her official position regarding Grossman-Lepp despite Knowing was to stand in support of the RAT opposed to the canna-warrior... we WONDER Why that might be, and we hope to not only find an answer, but for her to change and correct that position as well a to Apologize to both Forchion as well as to all within our community her mistake has fouled... unless she and her org actually DO support Rats and Traitors to our plant and people, in which case would prove truly a Sad day in our communities history.
If you can physically attend the trial, or any of the remaining still pending it would be most appreciated, if not but you can support NJ Weedman in ANY other way, please do... he has a rapidly accumulating pile of legal bills as well as bills to keep his church and restaurant open, and in jail who Couldn't use a little cash on their books.
