Pappas "staff" lies about practicing law
It's really kinda funny in a way, watching a grown man his age Lying to the world about being an active attorney and then hiding like a caught little child who had a cookie before dinner and don't want to fess up to it. This is a pattern too often seen played by attorney, or should we say Suspended Attorney Matthew Scott Pappas.
The personal facebook page once again has vanished, for how long this time who knows, but on one of the pages left of Matt Pappas is the "public figure" page titled: "Matthew Pappas, Civil Rights Attorney", here is a link to it in case you're interested: https://www.facebook.com/lawofficeofmatthewpappas/
October 13 at 10:05am the page posted the following which We feel needs to be shared and addressed:
·
"Disclaimer: There seems to be a miscommunication out there. If you send a message to this fan page, it will not be Matthew Pappas responding. Similar to what has done for the past 4 years, his staff/volunteers/moderators of the page have always responded to all messages and have relayed relevant messages to Matt as Matt is too busy with many cases to respond. Any normal political fan pages have many moderators who respond to inquiries. Send messages and inquiries at your own risk but it is usually not Matt who reads the messages. Finally, this page has been in the process of going through a major renovation so expect changes shortly. Thank you."
Truth be told Pappas was formally officially Suspended from all rights of practing law as an attorney last Year. He was supposed to have shown up for two different hearing with the California state BAR but he fled, failing to appear so... how is it that he is claimed to be "too busy with many cases" that he lacks time to post such a simple Untrue statement such as this, really?
"At ONAC KM we advise that it's not wise to judge another, and so instead we suggest our members do what's left... Question them - why are they, what are they, why would they be, things along that nature. So, approaching in that mindset we wonder why his "staff/volunteers/moderators" felt the need to post that in the middle of this month of all times? Why would a suspended attorney still need staff and moderators And Volunteers, for What?
Oh yeah... he's been passing his time creating and selling new churches, that's right and as we see in his protege "Sugarleaf Rasta Church" they Need staff and minions and even Stupid people willing to Volunteer there time into while he runs off with all the money, poor guy huh, wow - doesn't your heart Bleed for him? Perhaps we should take a moment and offer a silent prayer to Creator for him eh'?
Now... We turn to sources close to Matt Pappas whenever there's question to what it is he's out in our world doing, and believe that ultimately he is likely still struggling with his mental illness which is what led to his law license being suspended and resulted in at least one of the two hearing he failed to appear for last month. The pattern, which sounds fairly long standing now, is to initiate a Bunch of different endeavors, get a small handful of minions keen to it, scam there pockets while throwing some shoddy half-assed paperwork together that Looks good, but ultimately proved to be a dud. Then he creates an excuse to claim "meltdown" and he run... usually to Las Vegas and by his own omission to many "Parties his ASS of straight" then reemerges and claims to have been "with my therapist, hospitalized getting help."
In so doing, always is it the same thing when he conveniently cracks, he vanishes from the great majority, only few closest knowing where he is or what's going on. When he was an attorney his "staff" would jokingly refer to it as "another episode" and they would pull out the Big broom and dustpan and frantically try to figure out Where to start first, usually there's a shit-ton to do and most is barely near the wire. It also explains why most all completed is proven to be incomplete in ways that educated Attorney's Shouldn't miss or mess up, which is another of Pappas's long standing track records.
When we ask the simple question "When did Pappas actually rep a case to it's end In a courtroom" all asked even Hours after saying they would look for one has Yet to produce one. Some believed that Pappas saw the Santa Ana dispensary case all the way through to the end, beings he boasts of that victory so much, but sources say that Pappas did Not rep the case in court, that he had Jennifer McGrath rep the cae in court in his place and then magically re-emerged in time for the media to cover it's win... we know, Wow right!
As always we Thank you for your continued interest and support, please stay tuned for future updates.
