Weedman facing life while bound & gagged!
Long time cannabis and cannabis religious activist Robert Edward Forchion Jr., aka "New Jersey Weedman" concluded final arguments in the Mercer county court last week in round one of more that a dozen battles the state of New Jersey has initiated against him in their court of law.
Political Prisoner #420
This round is for charges against him for Witness Tampering, two counts, one in the second and one in the third degree. This is a brand new law to be used against Weedman in and by the state of New Jersey. The reason believed it to be used against him first before any, is because of his front line activism and too, his ability to post bail should he need to. If not for the "New Jersey Bail Reform Act", the 8 plus months they've thus far kept the Weedman in jail would have bee a violation of multiple federal and constitutional rights.
As if that isn't punishment enough already, Forchion faces a total of 22 1/2 years in prison IF he is convicted.
Daniel Corvino expresses our impressions best when he wrote: "The jury doesn't know that Ed could be sentenced to over 20 yrs. Ed was not allowed to tell them, but in what may prove to be a stroke of genius, he did let the jury know that he's been in lockup for 8 months. Some of the jury may feel that that's enough time for 'being an ass."
Judge Massi took more than 4 months to make a decision as to whether or not Forchion would be allowed to officially Know who the state's confidential informant was, a decision he decided the Weedman would Not be allowed to know. 24 hours After the judge decided no, Deputy District Attorney Ms. Katz went to the grand jury and got a secret indictment against Forchion claiming that he was Tampering" with their confidential witness. Forchion hadn't addressed any from the decision of the judge through to his warrant and subsequent arrest.
For following the "advice" of his so-called "defense council", Forchion Had posted public inquiries about a Possible person He personally suspected of possibly being a hired snitch, but it was long before any issue was raised, especially by the prosecution to the court about it. As Forchion's partner said it best Why did the judge wait so long (5 months) after an issue of concern was raised to the court about Forchion's posts If his already then previous posts were able to be considered somehow "threatening" to the witness the court hadn't even admitted was a state's witness?! The whole situation is Beyond confusing to any who take a glance at it, but for Robert Forchion Jr., it looks like it MAY cost him his literal life and death in a prison cell, IF the jury ignorantly allow it at the demand of Judge Massi who has ordered that Forchion cannot relay pertinent facts all feel they should know, and too, that they cannot be advised of their right to Jury Nullification!
Here is a link to an audio statement by Forchion about his closing arguements day for this "Round one" of court, it's just over 14 minutes, but please take a listen so you can hear from him with your own ears:
TEN THINGS MY JURORS ARE NOT BEING TOLD
1. The whole truth! 2. On March 8, 2016, I filed a Federal lawsuit against the Trenton Police Department (3:16CV01339) for them harassing me. I constantly complained about this on my Facebook page. I have a 6th Amendment Right to face my accuser. 3. The Police retaliated on March 10, 2016 by hiring a RAT to illegally entrap me in a crime and arrested me on April 27, 2016 based on that information. 4. Edward Heyburn, Esq. volunteered to represent me pro bono. On August 10 he filed a 2nd lawsuit against the Police but we did not have the RATS name. 5. On August 19 the prosecutors filed a restraining order to keep the RATS name secret. 6. My lawyer, Edward Heyburn, then created a legal strategy to out the RAT and render the States Motion mute. I successfully outed him on my Facebook page tipping off the prosecutor. 7. On October 7 my Lawyer, Edward Heyburn file and amended lawsuit naming the RAT. I served it on the family on October 16. 8. The State chose to not arrest or prosecute my lawyer for his plan, yet they arrested me for it. 9. Judge Massi has forbid me from telling my jurors any of this. This is why I almost did not swear to tell the whole truth - I am not allowed to tell the whole truth! 10. The only one engaged in witness tampering is the prosecutor’s office who do not want the RAT to testify. I have always wanted him to testify and tell the truth.
In addition to all this truth and pertinent fact Not being allowed into the jury by the decision of the state, Forchion was also NOT allowed to not only call any witnesses on his own behalf, but too, he wasn't allowed to even be presented with any direct "witnesses" from the state either. The only sort of witness presented were witnesses of the supposed victim who presented to the court as victims themselves, which are NOT listed as such in the pending case before the court!! We wonder and HOPE the jury will find this questionable, along with a great many other things going on and Not being allowed to be presented, grossly de-railing Justice.
On a good and heart-warming note, Robert Forchion got his attorney to propose marriage on his behalf to his partner during his trial, but, it came with the stipulation that she could not answer until the jury tells him that his case is dismissed, that he's not guilty and that he is free to return to his life. So in the case of State vs' Forchion, he has entrusted literally his whole future life and happiness in their hands ad maintains faith in that they will not be duped into committing this injustice on him.
The judge declared that he "was not available on Friday" should the jurors have reached a verdict by then, and then the Jurors voted to "not come in on Monday" which ultimately meas more time in jail to suffer. Tuesday is their state election day, so Wednesday is the day the court will reconvene in the case of State of New Jersey vs. Robert Forchion Jr. and hopefully the jury will decide his fate justly and free him.
If you are able, PLEASE ATTEND the ruling o Wednesday, your presence would sure be appreciated as well as could make the positive difference i the juries minds and hearts... if it don't, then maybe YOU can enlighten them afterward BEFORE any sort of sentencing is imposed against him!
As always, we Thank you for your continued interest and support and we Hope that you will stay tuned for future updates about this and all other pertinent news and info we obtain encompassing things of interest to Oklevueha.
