Dog suing dead presidents 1st day in court

For those of you who've been expressing interest as to the $1.4 Trillion dollar federal lawsuit filed by "Lucky Lepp" described as "A 4 legged individual" and his church suing multiple dead presidents,we have just received word that there IS a court date scheduled for Preliminary Motions next Wednesday, November 22nd 2017.

For those of you who would like to attend, we are told that the hearing is scheduled for 10:00 am at the Federal Courthouse in Sacramento.

We're also told that Officer Chris Monaco, District Attorney Michael Vroman, Officer Jeremy Strange, Yuba County, and Brandon Olivera of Trident are among those expected to be in attendance. There has been no official word yet as to whether or not the true star of this show, Lucky Lepp is going to be personally in attendance or not, but our bet that he is, we just wonder if his dress matches his nail polish because should he have to take the stand, we don't think he will be allowed to do so from his pretty pink stroller.

Grossman-Lepp, who is not an attorney, has drafted and filed 19 lawsuits or legal motions but so far this one takes

the cake! The civil action includes defendants including Barack Obama, Bill and Hillary Clinton California Gov. Jerry Brown, Sen. Kamala Harris, two federal judges who handled Eddy Lepp’s prosecution and probation, Ronald Reagan,California marijuana regulation czar Lori Ajax,Richard Nixon, and several cannabis industry groups.

The church and dog are seeking $215 million in general damages (in the name of California’s Proposition 215 medical marijuana law), $420 million in special damages (for marijuana’s numeric nickname) and $710 million in punitive damages (with the 710, when upside down, spelling OIL as in cannabis oil.)

Lucky Lepp is a male yellow-coated chihuahua. He s claimed to be a Service Animal for emotional support companionship, but too, he is a plaintiff who many are eager to take the stand, and too, whom the court will authorize as his translator.

Please stay tuned for further updates, Thank you!
