The MLK Jr. of cannabis today still unjustified Political POW of state of New Jersey
It is with great heart-break and upset that we find this intentional gross example of Mis-Justice is continuing in and by the state of New Jersey government. We got word earlier today that despite our holiday wishes in that justice would shine brightly upon Robert Edward Forchion Jr. and would have seen his way freed from a clear case of infringement upon a great many of his universal and constitutional rights as an earth-born Human Being such as to Due Process, Speedy Trial, his rights to be safe and secure in his personal being, and many many others now violated beyond measure in the illegal detainment the state of New Jersey is willingly allowing to continue.

Forchion was ordered detained in March 2017 in order to ensure safety to witnesses or informants after he was indicted in the witness tampering case connected to his 2016 marijuana possession arrest.He was found not guilty on one count of Second Degree Witness Tampering, but got a hung jury on the second count which was a third degree count of Witness Tampering in November 2017 which Should have granted him the option to post bail under the new New Jersey Bail Reform Act which Forchion is the first held over 8 months in jail under the law that proves contrary to multiple right under the US Constitution.
An interesting point to make known is that Forchion had just filed an Injunction against the state of New Jersey for Religious Discrimination after tiring from having endured literally months of harassment, intimidation and questionable conduct by local law enforcement. Multiple times Forchion had his church raided by local police armed with fully automatic machine guns locked and loaded a they would time and again order all congregation members out and to disburse. We knew and began fearing the worst for Forchion was on the horizon after multiple instances of illegal encounters began escallating and knew it was coming close when they illegally stole then had crushed his church vehicle... same exact tactics KM and our church was also suffering about the same time just on opposite sides of the nation.
Shortly after the jury's ruling, Forchion filed a motion to be released from the Mercer County Correction Center, pending further trial proceedings. It was found out Friday that again the judge has ordered that Forchion cannot have the option of bail. As of now, there is no court date set for this case, only the utterings that it will be a few months away. "There is no legitimate reason to incarcerate this man except malicious hatred and to destroy all he dreamed and built" say many, but Judge Massi says "No amount of monetary bail or non-monetary conditions ... assure the safety of others." We feel this is a clear case of both Racial as well as Religious Discrimination and that such action is completely hypocritical on the state of New Jersey's part to be doing to a true hero of this country on more than one level.
Many may not know that prior to being a human rights activist as well as a patient advocate, Robert Forchion Jr. had honorably served his country in the armed forces as well. After his first battle with bone cancer, Forchion devoted his time and attention to the only thing that sent his cancer into remission... a natural herbal plant medicine called cannabis. Thanks to Forchion's devotion as well as wisdom, many states including the state of New Jersey residents now have the legal and sensible option of deciding whether or not to use cannabis to benefit their own medical ailments, but his education and wisdom to the world expanded farther when he taught the masses of "Jury Nullification" and now intends to teach the juror's of New Jersey about the law known as "No Men's Rae" should he ever actually make it to trial on the criminal charges that started it all... cannabis sharing with a multiply convicted felonious "Cooperator" aka "Confidential Informant" or "Rat" however you want to describe it and the person. Though the person has YET to be officially identified by the state, apparently they still conclude that Forchion is still somehow a threat to them. Forchion insists "I have never been a danger."
"I am convinced, absolutely convinced, that this defendant will have no regard for anything," Judge Peter Warshaw said in March 2017. "He will do what suits him, he will do what he wants. He will rationalize it later." Judge Warsaw was the original judge to order Forchion detained without the option of bail under their brand new Bail reform Act that many say they believe was passed into law in New Jersey with Forchion Jr. in mind, at least at the state government level.
Judge Massi, to none of our real surprise apparently decided to reinforced those excuses last week, and stated that Forchion's recent request was "unsupported and based upon a misunderstanding of the rationale for the original detention decision," the documents show. Forchion has had on-going issues with JudgeMassi to the point where Massi had actually removed himself from Forchion's case just a few months ago, but come the next hearing he was right back on his throne of judgement and ready to victimize Forchion more.
It remains as clear as can possibly be that Robert Edward Forchion Jr. is and will continue to be a political prisoner of the state of New Jersey... for how long remains to be the question but our concern isn't on the fact of him handling the injustice as much as it is whether or not he will regain access to the plant medicine proven to stave off the bone cancer time and again as this is Not the first time they've locked him away like this nor to the point that the bone cancer reemerged as it already has to this go-round as well. How much intentional HARM should the system of "Justice" so carelessly and maliciously continue to inflict on Forchion, all over a harmless beneficial natural earth based plant medicine. We are outraged and dumbfounded and Hope you are too!
