Why is ONAC Still reflecting on PDX Injunction?!

Well folks, it has been exactly one Month today since we as KM have officially Relinquished our "blessing" gifted us by ONAC back in 2013 for their willful Breech of Contract in failing to provide the council for this case as was promised for more than 2 YEARS! This has left All of the ONAC members and "child churches" they have sold the promise of "Bulletproof Protection" to as well as those promised the clear path of utilizing the U Postal Services as their means of transferring their sacraments... specifically Cannabis!

During the summer of 2013, our spiritual leader Joy Graves was approached by James Warren 'Flaming Eagle' Mooney who presented himself as the Founder of Oklevueha Native American Church (ONAC) asking for our churches help in protecting not only there members but also his own son from legal prosecution for cannabis. This meeting happened At the biggest cannabis event ever to take place across the Globe!

Our church agreed and we became the "Balls" of ONAC according to Mooney's own presentation of us while selling blessings behind our backs of church charters for thousands if not tens Of thousands of dollars each At what he called "Ceremonies", and we're talking DOZENS at a time per DAY were being sold anywhere from 5 ta 200 grand each! We did not REALIZE that That's what was what was going on at those money tables... the agreement was always that KM would be the front line "Martyr" for cannabis liberation so we weren't directly Clued in to such trivials apparently, not by James and not until months After the ceremonies went on without our knowledge or presence... you see, KM, we willingly held the bullseye for ONAC when it came to cannabis... and all WE had to do and stay focused on was when where and How we would willingly fight it all the way up to the most supreme of courts... all WE had to do was get us there in a winning position, which we did first in Grant County Oregon in 2014 but the state back-doored out in 2015 so to save themselves embarrassment as well as federal prosecution! Then came this...

A Member Died... a Family of members of the member who died was and continues to suffer to this DAY because the member has died. Other members have been severely beaten, wrongfully arrested and charged... some convicted, others cornered into plea deals, some even remain on the run out of literal fear for their LIVES from the LEO because we stood the ground promised to ONAC. 4 year old children of members have had guns not only pulled, but Cocked in their faces while illegal trespasses were transpiring without justifiable reason, proof or cause. Members have been harassed, intimidated, stalked, menaced, coerced, even sexually mistreated all while being Told it was because we were "members of that Indian Church" referring to ONAC. Property has been taken, desecrated, violated, even had actions of abatement all because of ONAC's Questionable reputation and legitimate standing as a Church, and since all this time, They, meaning ONAC have only proven including Publicly to be getting nothing but worse... because Our member is NOT the only DEATH on the hands of ONAC... least we forget that less than one year ago, Mark Anthony Sanchez was shot Multiple times and Killed because of the recklessness and ZERO CONCERN for the harm ONAC SELLS to Any willing to throw at least some thousands there way.

Kautantowit Mecautea, formerly known then as "ONAC KM" cannot, will not and should not have to Question the Loyalty and Integirty vowed to us by those we honorably stand fulfilling Our End of the confederation between our churches, we have ZERO tolerance for that though for the best interest of the Innocent ONAC members, we gave far more patience than has been deserved of them. That officially ENDED exactly one month ago on this day... AFTER James himself THREATENED our church and members Without ANY JUST CAUSE once-so-ever Publicly and we Publicly called him on it and shut his lying distrustable kaniving money-hungry ass DOWN Instantly right there on that very public feed.

ONAC's Only "Matriarchial" co-founder has made it crystal clear that ONAC has absolutely no intention of manning up and fulfilling their end of this injunction's agreement and providing the attorney, nor paying a cent forr an attorney to rep it. Her husband and figurehead co-founder burning pigeon... uh, hummm... oops, 'flaming eagle' has personally publicly himself INSISTED that not only did he not want to be involved with or "On" the injunction anymore, but too, that he was also taking ONAC off of it as well, meaning pulling the promised and Desperately needed protections from all ONAC members because he was THAT PISSED we have a NAC blessing in Addition to his, and too was gonna Take AWAY the blessing he had Gifted us with his pleas to help protect his Son, who he then left hung out to dry yanking His credentials last second before court same as he was now threatening to do to KM... but we are not a church of Alcoholic Cocaine addicts over here, we are a natural, unadulterated earth based medicine church over here and we don't get twached out in the desert overdosing ourselves or others as does and has he according to other members who were there and "brought him back" including by way of CPR even!

We take Our INTEGRITY damned Serious over here at KM and as things continue to be reveal that we didn't want or think we had to look to see in ONAC quite frankly is becoming Adjitating to and for us because we are realizing more and more how much our reputation being With ONAC was Abused and Exploited by them to gain financially while selling the spirit and the soul out from the tribal creeds to greed mongers and ravid coyotes luch as is seen in their Pappas's and their Sugarleaf's and Lepp's... we are BEYOND Embarrassed, we are becoming Humiliated with SHAME for having been so trusting, blind and Ignorant willfully as we Believed you were honorable when all along you never were nor ever intend to even Try to be - OBVIOUSLY.

WHY is James Mooney STILL on the Injunction? Why has he also kept ONAC on it after throwing such a selfish greed-driven FIT when as he himself always knew and Detested - KM was and remains FREE to ANY who honorably wanted to be members. Not we Nor the NAC who had blessed us were Any Threat to him or his precious Money grabbing blessing selling scheme - they don't even RECEIE members directly themselves for shit sakes, but ole James didn't even stop to Question - he just jumped to the protection and defense of his Wallet and lashed out on us revealing his BS lie of an attorney all along... FINALLY.

According to the courts last We knew which was at that time, though we had Included he and his precious golden egg that is ONAC onto the injunction for the sake of their MEMBERS, knowing in the long run he'd Claim and exploit it for credit and more cash... he personally himself Needed to but Hadn't as of then officially signed on, meaning he wasn't Viewed by the court as officially being on it. The court said they would only contact KM leader Joy Graves directly about the case as She is the plaintiff who filed it and was on record as counsel. Though Graves has Yet to receive anything from the court directly as to the disposition of the case, word has come that James Mooney is in fact receiving "Paper Copy Notification" as to the disposition of the case and we wanna know WHY that is?!

As many of you know and we have announced before, thanks to the support of a very honorable tribe, we DO have an attorney willing to sign onto the injunction IMMEDIATELY... but, he will Not do so until James Mooney are no longer on this case. You see, AFTER James threw his little public shit-fit at us, round-tables Continued with the true Authority in Oklevueha's MATRIARCHAL CHURCH and She asked if she and the other co-founder could come onto the injunction but that James be taken off as he is "In the back seat of ONAC now" just on the Elder Counsel she'd said... along with other official voices of ONAC. Or hope, faith and trust in her being righteous in the restoring of ONAC's integrity proves Ill placed when she blantently LIED to the tribal chief who was so willingly helping us ALL and crying "Broke" when many of us DREAM of Oklevueha's kind of broke. You WILL see what we mean in upcoming articles IF you haven't already seen it already, that we confidently assure you on this our Sacred anniversary... it's the Least we can do in tribute of what ONAC is deserved by Kautantowit Mecautea - Happy Anniversary ONAC, on a day you should NEVER FORGET!

MAN UP and PAY for the attorney James, or MAN UP and step OFF it so it can get done and the people and our plants protected... WTF!!!
