Call Out to Indians of All Nations

For those of you only now becoming aware, we have an extremely intense situation brewing down in the Four Corners region of New Mexico... a situation that desperately needs your help, attention and action of support and intolerance. It is a situation happening all over our land they call their nation and that has been happening for far to long... the taking of our peoples children under the guise of protecting them.

What goes on according to their own statistics, is that they overlook children in serious danger needing such a resource and helping protective hand while those snatched are sold in the name of "Adoption" where again, statistics in New Mexico show many are grossly abused in countless ways and ultimately end up tortured to Death in unspeakable ways until they die. What's worse, it those responsible seem to get not much more than a slap on the wrist for it.

We have such a situation happening right now with a sweet little boy We refer to as "Baby Jason", and we would appreciate a few moments of your time so we can tell you a little bit about what's going on with him and Then we will get into the Call out to action that we are now coming to you with the hope of support as well as physical presence.

Baby Jason is a 4 year old tribal child currently in a very dangerous "Foster Care System." situation in our opinion, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Local Child Youth Family Department (CYFD) that seems to perpetuate physical, mental, psychological and cultural abuse as well as serious sexual accusations and alleged misconduct. This abuse has been incurred for more than 2 Years in this situation with no explanation, excuses and no apparent effort on the state's part to attempt to stop it from happening despite endless pleas as well as formal complaints from the family.

Baby Jason is a citizen of the Algonquin Woodland Metis Anishinabek Tribal Nation because of his indigenous bloodlines. It seems that the courts and other agencies are interfering with the adoption ceremony of Baby Jason into the Beaver Clan of the Tuscarora Nation by Signatory Chief Dadawahka Holley by denying physical accessibility to him. The state continues to disregard the tribes rights to assert jurisdiction, nor to allow either respective Chief (Grand Chief Zane Bell and or Chief Dadawahka Holley) to be heard or put on official court record nor honor any of the multiple filings asserting immediate jurisdiction over him, all while insisting baby Jason is NOT of indigenous bloodlines, the chief are Not chief’s, and have even gone so far as to say that neither tribe are in fact federally recognized tribes at all.

THIS IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL ON THEIR PART AND ENDANGERING BABY JASON!

We are asking for your help. We need your attention, concern, compassion, and your Support. Here's how YOU can Help:

In short, from 4 o'clock Pm through until at least 7 (later as need be) All persons, especially TRIBAL as well as VICTIMS of the states "Child Protective Services" aka "CYFD" are Highly Encouraged to come down to the Veterans of Foreign Wars building, which is located at 2631 Bridge Blvd SW, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, zip code 87105 to meet with the Signatory Chief of the Beaver Clan of the Tuscarora whom is the power force behind our objective in the saving of this child as we discuss the urgent situation at hand, not just with Baby Jason but across the entire state of New Mexico and Not JUST on tribal reservation lands.

At this meet, Chief Dadawahka welcomes ALL persons, especially tribal and too, tribal councils and other officials to come out and get to know him as well as what He believes can be done to stop this situation once and for all and the various strategy options he and our nation are preparing to do to not only legally retrieve this child as the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) ENTITLES, but to also build local tribes up so that we ensure the state oppressors can never take another child away from it's tribe, nationality or cultural rights of inheritance.

We will also be planning for the "D Day" event which will be the following day, March 29th 2018 that is scheduled to officially commence promptly at 1 o'clock Pm at the Courthouse located at 5100 2nd St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107. It's important to note that for this, those willing to come and partake in our physical presence stand are asked to meet at 12:30 Pm at Goodrich Park, which is located on the corner of Delamar Loop NW closest to 2nd Street in Albuquerque, NM 87107 (about a block and a half away from the courthouse which is the final destination so to gather to prepare for the Grand Entry approach To the Courthouse.) Those participating will disembark from the park 15 minutes Before 1 o'clock PM. Those who cannot meet there but who wish to take part are encouraged to proceed to the courthouse as soon as is possible to ensure your support is known.

Signs for traffic for those who will remain Outside, some including the word "HONK" on them to encourage morale are greatly appreciated. We are Hoping our tribal brothers and sisters will come, prepared for Grand entry (with flags and staffs) and with drum or two for outside presence and support. We Hope to see some regalia and war dancing as you should make no mistake, the state of New Mexico has declared WAR with us because they Know we have absolutely NO INTENT of letting them get away with it anymore.

It's TIME that the Tribes Unite and that ALL the people of Turtle Island come together and show that we the people of the land have had ENOUGH and that we're Not going to tolerate or allow this type of Bullshit ANYMORE!
