Update on Canna-Warriors Mike & Tawni Boutin
We have been receiving many messages inquiring about the current status of our beloved front line cannabis warrior activists Michael & Tawni Boutin.
This is what we know as of right now:
Lt. Chris Long with Jackson-Madison County Metro Narcotics said that their Metro Narcotics division received an anonymous tip about marijuana being made" at a residence that KM members Mike & Tawni were visiting. receiving approval from the homeowner to search the residence, law enforcement found a marijuana indoor grow operation inside the home. Long said they also received a search warrant to look inside a tour bus outside the home.
During the search, police officers seized 20 pounds of marijuana, 3 pounds of hash oil, 11 guns, $7,000, a Toyota Tacoma and the tour bus
Both were charged with knowingly and intentionally manufacturing, attempting to manufacture, possessing with intent to distribute and attempting to possess with the intent to distribute marijuana and marijuana concentrates, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Tennessee.
