Churches with Stock Shares, really Sugarleaf?!
Many people are growing concerned as well as upset do to the questionable moral and ethical codes being practiced by the leaders of proclaimed "Sugarleaf Rasta Church" and it's minister, "Reverend/Queen Heidi Grossman- Lepp.
For those of you only now being brought up to speed, Sugarleaf "Church" is a freshly blessed chapter of the Oklevueha Native American Church of Spanish fork, Utah known as "Earth Walks." Sugarleaf obtained their blessing from both ONAC co-founders James "Flaming Eagle" and Linda "Brite Hawk" Mooney in February of this year, which since has been causing much upset throughout the "child churches" of Oklevueha indeed.
Please note that Grossman-Lepp had only been an official member of Oklevueha since 2015 before being able to apparently buy her way into becoming a chapter leader of a child church of ONAC and the right to declare herself a "Reverend" - where her title "Queen" comes from we have no idea other than from within her own mind.
As if her mockery of all indigenous tribal cultures hasn't been more than enough of an Embarrassment on the whole of the Oklevueha church organization and it's associated/confederated churches, then perhaps this might prove to be enough to get you upset. Let us ask you, have YOU ever heard of a Church establishing themselves as a corporate entity in which has the need of establishing STOCKS? We ourselves have NEVER Heard of it being done by any other established nor legitimate church organization and are really interested as well as curious to find another church to actually legally do so because we have some questions as to Why a church would need such an option to be being offered.
Immediately Below, you are going to find a link which will indeed take you to the state of California's official website regarding business licensing, more specifically to a specific entity which as you will see by the documents text itself was officiated by none other than Ms. Heidi Grossman, the official "Reverend" of the "ONA Sugarleaf Rastafarian Church" yet BEFORE she married into the name "Lepp"/
Please also note that the documents regarding this entity and action being authorized by Grossman were filed by none other than the head of her "legal dream team" Joseph Tully of central California.
This entity was named ONAC of Lucky Star but since legally changed it's name to ONAC Lucky Star for whatever reason. It was established January 19th, 2017 and remains currently in "Active" status meaning that the state of California does recognize it as being a legitimate "church."
Upon closer review of the documents filed regarding this "church" we find a woman by the name of Cynthia Chew declaring the entities purpose as being for "Management" which for us raises even More questions as to the operation purposes of this "church."
Another interesting point to be had is in that Grossman-Lepp has Yet to legally register or license "Sugarleaf Church" with the state of California To Date and yet from the looks of the states registry system, thus far she has legally established at least five "sub-churches" off of it from December of 2015 which is BEFORE she was even officially a Member of Oklevueha much less entrusted as a spiritual leader of an independent chapter of ONAC thru to August 28th 2017 which is interesting indeed beings she LOST her right to claim association to or authority/protections from Oklevueha as of July 30th 2017!

Apparently having One "church" with an alottment of one MILLION shares of stock avaliable for purchase by Sugarleaf members, Grossman-Lepp made three MORE each with their own million shares of stock, one called "ONAC OF ENLIGHTENMENT" This entities Registration Date shows as being :08/26/2016 And the Entity Type as being a: "DOMESTIC STOCK" corporate entity as well as the other one. Another registered "church" of Heidi's that was also alotted a Million shares of Stock was entity number: C3940416, which went by the name: "ONAC OF RUKA" which you can see by clicking here though please note that this "church" has been officially dissolved since June 5th, 2016 after less than a Year in operation - perhaps due to lacking value in their stock we wonder, lol. You'll notice from the link that it was originally licensed as being "Topless Trim Inc.", check it out for yourself:
You will also find that this entity also remains considered in "Active" status by the state of California to date despite Grossman's excommunication from Oklevueha and ONAC officially Denouncing any and all authorized anything church from she or her Sugarleaf "Church".
Same with this one: "C3920225 ONAC OF IRIE ISLAND". take a look though know it too was officially Dissolved March of this year according to the state of California:
Again you're going to find the authorizing creator as being Heidi Grossman and too that the paperwork again with these were filed by her lead "dream team" attorney Joseph Tully.
Truth be known, the Majority of these "churches" Grossman-Lepp and Tully have established and had licensed with the state of California are predominently Stock bearing corporate entities. Out of these 5 only 1 is licensed as "Domestic Non-Profit entitles which is how all Other churches are licensed regardless of their faith and belief systems and only one of the two remains currently in "Active Status". which is "C3853294 ONAC OF CITY OF TREES" which was Registered:12/18/2015.:
A point that many of you Might be overlooking right about now is the fact that Grossman-Lepp has publicly BOASTED to have officially made more than 400 churches in total and yet to date, which is after her credentials were revoked from the only church officiating her as a minister of any church, only these five reflect as ever being officially licensed by she and her attorney Joseph Tully. Why would that be considering all had and were Paying her fees for the blessings of chapter churches of Sugarleaf and we're talking tens of thousands of dollars PER BLESSING declaring them established as an official and legitimate church. Please reflect back to previous articles in our archives for more detailed information and also to see her price list for yourself regarding how much she was profiting off of the Amway sales of these snake-oil church blessings of hers!
You would Think that all would have had Some sort of paperwork filed on their behalf beings it's what's to Legally Protect them from criminal prosecution as they operate in their questionable status, right? Oh yeah, that's right Sugarleaf itself has never been legally licensed with the state as being an official church itself yet Has It... perhaps That has something to do with it.
Here nor there, again we highly encourage you to ponder this whole thing for yourselves, and too, to research into this Church and this woman even if only a little bit and it should become pretty transparent that she and her church are nothing more than a weak attempt of exploiting religion as well as cannabis for no other reason but pure profit without legal accountability and consequence that in turn makes all upright and legitimately functioning churches such as KM fall under doubt and scrutiny undeservingly, which is among the many reasons Why it is we maintain having a problem with she and Sugarleaf and all the other snakes slithering among and like her.
If the Yuba County District Attorney's prosecutor Mr. Vacek does his JOB which is to prosecute her for her conspiracy to illegally cultivate and also for illegally distributing cannabis for making illegal profit under the guise of being a church - SURELY this information contained here should prove to be More than Enough evidence needing to be presented to the judge and jury to ensure she is convicted.
