Now, many of you know that we Kautantowit's Mecautea (KM) have on-record issues with a small few of them, which isn't something a church looks forward to having to conclude. Fortunately though, KM is not your ordinary run-of-the-mill church either, "We are a Human Rights based church rooted in the liberties freedoms and just inalienable birth-rite inheritance with liberty and justice as children of mother earth to for and on behalf of all within the web woven into earthly creation."

Among the above counties so we remain clear, include Douglas County at the Top of the accountability list, followed by in our opinion Lane and then Linn counties of Oregon. Our issues with them include all their county sheriff's department, specific employees yet to have their names revealed to us for the civil actions to befall them personally as the culprits, their District Attorney's offices. Of coarse since our last filing in attempt to stop this before it got to the level of this now, we've decided to exclude Grant County Oregon from our list but did include the city of Seneca Oregon which is within their county as well, we're just not going to put emphasis on it's involvement in this article here.

"We knew back in 2011 that the problem was growing and expanding to include other entrusted justice agencies such as these but lacked the ability to prove it and too, didn't want to sound as though we were crying conspiracy, but as the then head of the Oregon ACLU pointed out, a conspiracy Is in fact very likely based on the grounds that the state of Oregon have a Sheriff's association which brings them together monthly to talk about the recent problems and excitement that's been going on in their counties, we just lacked an attorney to honorably represent our disposition and left us in a position unable to attempt to ourselves."

The problem causing duress within the KM Councils is that as it began growing to include other county entities within the states "Justice Department" to physical abuse, stalking and into out-right hate crimes, all to no avail of accountability or reprimand in sight- until now reaching the levels of out-right Conspiracy to commit MURDER - not in the minds of we as KM as motive, but of them towards we and our members and lands throughout the state of Oregon, all due to bias hate for our ability to represent and defend the rights of creation and ensure that liberty and justice remain intat for All.

Now, the Polk County Oregon Circuit Court and presiding judge as well have now found themselves about to fall in the mix, which is Not a situation to which any Honor is to be had by any and something we as KM really Do Not Want to see happen. On the 1st of November 2019, KM's Vice-President Timothy P. Timm found his way into the Polk County Oregon jail on a misdemeanor charge. is located in the City of Dallas, Oregon. What state protocol would typically be seen would before an arraignment hearing, appointment of public pretender counsel to those like the masses of us including VP Timm, and 9 times out of 10, a conditional Own Recognizance (OR) release, a low bail maybe if any, and a"no bail" highly unlikely.

However, it would be Our Luck to find such encompassing circumstances of urgent action due to imminent danger of literal life and death quickly gather in an illegal hover over-top of VP Timm and in turn bring these unforeseen consequence upon us all landing in the lap of Polk County than would leave our sachem no choice but to physically appear, interrupt the case and put the judge on official notice of her potential risk of inadvertently aiding and abetting the multitudes of federal laws attempting to coerce she and her court into further committing against Timm if she released hi into the hands of Douglas County Oregon as they were insisting she do. That happened on November 4th, 2019, the birthday of an elder now ancestor founding member of KM as a church, rest and soar high in paradise dear loved one.

A Closer Look at Polk County Oregon's Circuit Court

The 12th Judicial District has 3 circuit court judges and a staff of 24 employees that are dedicated to providing fair and accessible justice services to protect the rights of individuals, preserve community welfare, and inspire public confidence. This is also coincidently the 3rd official courthouse of the county ever built, and still maintained in downtown Dallas, Oregon to date, in the same condition! Through it all, the building remains the second-oldest courthouse still in use in Oregon. The 1899 courthouse, built from local sandstone, includes a fossil on the northeast side between the old and new buildings, according to Polk County's website.
