Sachem meets with public pretender for Linn County Oregon expired case

Sicker than a dog and in the middle of a sepsis attack and a COPD flare, mecautea warrior sachem Graves made her way to downtown Albany Oregon yesterday to meet with her court appointed public pretender Ed Talmage to review and discuss the disposition of her pending Expired case tangling her up in the court systems of the county. Graves is being charged with a Misdemeanor crime of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII), the intoxicant being cannabis, or as they racially slander it "Marijuana" and also 2 "violations" meaning non-criminal charges, one being Driving while Suspended (DWS) and the other being Driving without Insurance (DWI).

According to the attorney, the charges are considered "Statutory" in nature, meaning not subjecting to imprisonment, in fact Talmage explained that if convicted in trial "the maximum you'd face is 4 days in jail and 24 months probation." Thankfully for us, Graves is not the type to take a "plea deal" knowing endless others would forever suffer detrimental consequences without merit if she did, so she told the attorney that her position is one of "Demure" meaning she's not going to acknowledge this claim of a so called "Crime", that she will eagerly fight this case in court, and requested he put in a motion to dismiss on the grounds that the entire case being presented against her has legally Expired, and that if it does in fact proceed forward that Talmage is to be prepared to file a motion of assertion of Religious Defense and consult with 2 very highly educated state attorneys highly well versed in cannabis in Oregon law, Brian Michaels of Eugene and Leland Berger of Portland.

To her disappointment, the pretender was unable to provide her with the complete discovery evidence as he claimed to have not been able to make copies of the photograph, audio and video evidence given him by the DA but he assured her that he would have them for her promptly before court this coming Monday which she is scheduled to appear in Circuit court again for a status check. When asked about the results to the urinalysis test Graves was put under duress and made to take illegally, Talmage reported that he had yet to receive any information or documentation about it, but that he would inquire and let her know when he got word. Talmage also seemed perplexed in that there was no deal offered as of yet for sachem Graves to consider and said he would inquire about that as well, though we who know her know odds are she would't consider taking a deal that conflicted with her principles, especially those encompassing our beloved mother medicine cannabis!

Sachem Graves is scheduled into court this coming Monday at 1:15 Pm at the Linn County Circuit Court inside the courthouse in downtown Albany, Oregon. For those of you in the area, please come out and show your support for the cause and our long time cannabis warrior liberator as she continues to take the battles so that the rest of us hopefully don't have to.

Thanks for your interest and support ,we Hope you stay tuned!
