Another Postponement in Graves Cannabis DUII case in Linn County Oregon
Well folks, apparently thanks to the Covid-19, Oregon courts remain CLOSED regarding criminal cases, and so obviously the EXPIRED misdemeanor case against sachem Graves for a cannabis DUII had to be rescheduled... to when, nobody yet known.
On a more brighter note, this is said to be the final judge that will hear and rule on the case, and she seems to know the law and have a pretty good reign on her courtroom, unlike the others before now who seemed to let the prosecution dictate what went or wouldn't go on in the courtroom.
"Unlike the previous judges I've seen, in this one I am confident that she knows her job better than they do" said sachem Graves when asked what she thought of the newest judge "I think I have a better shot at getting some Justice with her than I would have from any of the others."
