Oregon judicial system proving a sham

As two Oklevueha church members in Oregon continue to be "pony-showed" through what the state calls it's Judicial system of government, it becomes more obvious by each encounter that ultimately they lack justice within their judicial system.

Michael Minter and Corey Busby remain entangled in the state's judicial system since May, declared criminal suspects in Marion County, Oregon to what realistically is a clear cut and dry case of Self Defense according to the states own legal statutes and definitions. As the witnesses accounts are obtained and other pertinent evidence gathered by private investigators for the members defense, even the judges presiding over the members can see that factually speaking, the state prosecution is in the wrong position if seeking justice, one judge giving the DA "72 hours to either be prepared proceed into trial to or else a motion to dismiss this case."

But still the members are given monthly "status check" dates in which they are required to physically go to the court house, not to appear before the court, or be included in any talking that might go on regarding their case mind you, but to sit in a hallway, never to be seen, addressed or talked to by the judge nor on any record, or included into any aspect of their cases at all, just to check in with the court clerk, and sit there, from 1-3+ Hours! If they do not go sit in the courts hallway, a warrant will be issued for their arrest and new charges could be added against them for the no show. According to the courts, a "Failure to appear" would be charged separately from the case in which they failed to appear on. Such a charge would

At the last status check of Corey Busby, multiple eye witness statements were provided to the court along with other gathered evidence, including a video of a state official's engagement with their "victim", Dennis Campbell. As the video was reviewed behind closed doors from both defendants, mere seconds into the video it became apparent to the court that state's victim Campbell was far from conduct of a victim, in fact quite the contrary. This is when the presiding judge displayed irritation at the prosecution for the dragging on of this case, and this was Before even being told that the church members maintain a Self Defense position!

Despite the judges 72 hour deadline, the prosecution has yet to honor the courts instruction, meaning that the case goes on until they either do, or the judge gets it on his docket once again. Though it might not sound like much, until it's YOU having to remain jumping through such hoops, please know that it is and remains inconvenient as well as dis-hearting for they who do as well as their relations. Had the DA followed the court deadline, Busby at Least would have been a free man, but until the judge has say again, he remains bound to the state and caged within their rules and restrictions, and viewed as a violent criminal.
