Oregon Government file for TRO against the Federal Government!

To our surprise the state of Oregon is seeking an urgent Ex Parte Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against the federal government- and in the exact same courthouse Our injunction is filed which Also includes the request of a TRO expediently so to protect Us from the state of Oregons so called Justice Officials!

According to Oregonlive, "The attorney general relied on the statement of Mark Pettibone, a 29-year-old Portland man who said he was placed in a van on July 15 as he was walking home from a protest in downtown Portland by men in camouflage uniform, taken to the federal courthouse, questioned and released without facing any charges." Oregon government says it actually has happened to more than just Pettibone though and says that "“That is terrifying. It’s terrifying for the people who are being marched into an unknown van by large, unknown men. And it’s going to terrify who witnesses it and everyone who hears about it,”

Talk about beyond a SLAP in the faces of KM as a whole as well as to the individual members who have suffered far WORSE victimization than this from Oregon's law enforcers over the years and to No Avail- to grant such would be a complete CONFLICT to the justice KM are seeking from the very same court already. KM officials say that IF the court grants Oregon's request for the TRO that they will again look upwards to he higher level of authority and pursuit our justice there instead of the Mark Hatfield federal courthouse.

"We have had members injured as well as point-blank beaten up, some repetitively, wrongfully arrested and charged with crimes they did Not Do, criminal convictions Changed, church member, lands and sacred objects attacked and viciously inexcusably desecrated. We have had police pull multiple machine guns on service animals and cock service revolvers more than once on they and members on multiple occasions and even had police vowing to Murder just because they are important members of our church which every single member is to us, but officer members of the church I mean while illegally para-militarily attacking church sacred lands... and without ANY DIRECT contact or harm, They wanna talk about victimization and excessive force and civil rights violations and claim such to be for the best interest of the people of Oregon - bullshit, in fact, i would be irreparably detrimental to All Oregonians Especially Us for hem to grant Oregon such and if they Do then we Will push our case beyond he boundaries of Oregon if not the entire United States!" said official spokespersons for the church.

To add insult to KM's already deep and still inflicting wounds, Oregonlive went on to report:"In an opening statement, Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum asked for "extraordinary relief'' from the court, saying, "these actions if not restrained will further escalate. They are in fact escalating." Though the federal officers are ostensibly protecting public property, they must stop pursuing "peaceful unarmed citizens through city streets," using unlawful tactics to intimidate protesters" she said.

All who stand with as well as behind KM WILL be watching very CLOSELY what comes of this, especially given that the state has already been allowed to be heard whereas KM continues to wait to be heard for the same request since early November of 2019 and has yet to be given a hearing date as of the present time.
