KM files Motion for ex parte Temporary Restraining Order seeking protection from Oregon government!
As members of the whole of Kautantowit's Mecautea, or "KM" American Native Church prepare to sit down for dinner tonight, let us update you as to one more blessing you have to be thankful to Kautantowit (Great Creator) for... help an ex parte Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) has been officially filed within the 9th District federal courthouse attempting to protect you and your relations from harm by the Oregon state government... especially hose in disguise as community servants who are employed to protect and preserve "Justice".
For those who don't know, KM officially filed a Civil Rights Violation Injunction on the State of Oregon as a whole back in early November of 2019.and on specific departmental agencies which make up the states claim of a Justice system. In that filing, emphasis was put on the multitudes of bias Terroristic HATE crimes that have been being committed upon the church, church sanctuary lands and church members that range from stalking, harassment and illegal detainment to Racketeering and Conspiracy to Commit MURDER and practically all things in between from dereliction of duty, excessive force, Committing Fraud and Pergery upon the court and under oath to multiple Grand Juries, Assault, Theft, destruction of personal property, and on the list goes though we don' want to at this time... just re-cap the painting of the KM picture of reality when it comes to being the front line martyr and shield for and beyond the boundaries of the state of Oregon for the whole of we the people as well as voice of conscious for all living beings on the planet.
The President/Chief of Security along with the sachem/CEO waded their way through the gathering protesters and rioters in Downtown Portland, Oregon to the Mark Hatfield Federal courthouse building, among the focal targets of the nightly havoc to find the courthouse completely fenced in with no direct public access to the main entrance . Determined, the sachem walked to the fence putting her in the traffic lane and was quickly .approached by Portland Police who were behind the fence on the courthouse side with multiple federal officers who led the sachem around half of the building to a thick metal gate, let her through and then escorted her back around and ino he main courthouse entrance.
"From there it was pretty much the regular procedure with exception of pandemic restrictions of coarse" said sachem Graves with a chuckle "Identification, shoes off, x-ray machines and metal detector, like at an airport." Then up to the 7th floor to once again battle for our rights, this day, the filing of motions, one including a motion for an ex parte, meaning expedient Temporary Restraining Order. The motion asks for this not only for the named Plaintiff's but also too, for "et al", meaning "all encompassing" meaning Members of the KM church from the whole of the Oregon government.and especially hose employed in the judicial branch of their government.
"The motion is very similar as the one filed by the state just recently except ours has merit and Judge Moseman ruled that their's did not- our fingers remain crossed and we hope you join us in smoke and prayers for a successful outcome for all when the case gets heard and ruled upon."
