Quick Update to the KM Federal Civil Case against the entire State of Oregon

Just a quick update for everyone interested... KM have submitted 21 newly identified John/Jane Does names to be added to the defendant's list in the Civil Rights Violations case currently active in the Federal district court in downtown Portland, Oregon yesterday, along with the proper paperwork requesting that the US Marshall's handle the summons service upon them, so Hopefully this will be done very soon so to ensure they are also included in the ex parte Temporary Restraining Order hearing requested earlier, finally via a motion to start that process forward very soon as well.

KM also put in an amended complaint as well which ensured that their inner half, ONAC KM was also clarified as a Plaintiff of record in the hopes of bringing better clarity as Judge Michael Moseman continues to review the evidence and motions KM have put before him.

And last but not least, KM filed a motion for more time to gather names and pertinent evidence and get such submitted to the court so to be sure the judge Knows their IS more evidence and more defendants than have yet to be gathered and provided to the court. "Our comprehension of the legal justice system is to get ALL the pertinent evidence into the court as promptly as possible and so that is what we're doing despite the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions and constrictions as well as some of the defendants continued terroristic retaliation attacks"
