KMHQ- March 6,2021
Many of our members have been wondering what KM has been doing and what our progresses are in regards to our efforts. So, we thought we'd give you a brief update.
KM, while in confederation with another church filed our very first ever federal injunction in effort of protecting our church and it's members natural, civil and constitutional liberties, rights and freedoms. The attorney provided us by the other church proved to be a mentally ill substance abuse addict who didn't prepare it right and then subsequently derelicted it straight into a dismissal by the 9th District federal court in Portland, though the judge noted on the record that he hoped to "see it promptly refiled" and said he would "expedite it in the court schedule so to protect the church and it's members". This gave us hope.
Thinking their was a statute of limitations factor, KM continued waiting with the promises and false hope of a replacement counsel being provided by the confederated church, but to no avail so as lament as we are, KM officers tried to fix the case and refiled it again in the 9th District court in Portland, which was in November 2017, but it was processed into the Eugene federal court and our understanding of it is that it was dismissed because the church did not have "Bar licensed counsel" representing its' interest.
KM officers scrambled and have continued scrambling in attempt of getting the case properly structured and heard until the state of Oregon's government as a whole pushed KM into having no other alternative but to again file for a federal injunction and emergency protective orders. Ultimately though, our position as being laments, along with still having secured bar counsel, and according to the court "overloading evidence", once again the Portland federal court tossed the case leaving the whole of KM more vulnerable in our opinion than it had ever yet been before.
Today, we are honored to announce (with fingers crossed tightly) that an injunction has again been officially filed with the federal court, however, this time in the district of Washington D. C.
You see, KM felt it was appropriate in our previous filing, which called for an event timeline, that it was appropriate and time saving on federal court if we just took the whole of the timeline and filed all as a single "case" opposed to breaking the whole up into individual instances. Now we have been corrected, and this according to KM's legal reps. "This case comes in behind and to likely conjoin with the ex-parte temporary restraining order (TRO) and injunction that was also filed in the same DC court earlier this week." As addressed in the announcement of that filing, the petitioners reflect as being KM spiritual leader sachem Joy Graves and also KM President and chief of church security Wolfbrotha Minter and is specifically against a single person, Ms. Amanda Delmastro of Portland, Oregon.
Our goal is to interview Graves and Minter hopefully by then end of the coming weekend. When we do, we will do a follow-up article with what information we obtain and are able o revel without compramising the integrity of the now pending legal court actions. In the meantime we as always, thank you for your interest and support. Please if you would, say a prayer of justice for KM and our frontline warrior petitioners in this issue, that justice prevail and throw them both successfully well beyond the victory lines of the battle.
