KM-HQ- March 02, 2021
As the headline says, as of this day, multiple civil cases have been put into motion in the US Federal district court of Washington D.C. Though we are still gathering detailed information about them we felt we should go ahead and reveal what we 're able to as of the present time involving KM.
As many of you know, the first filing made by KM officials with DC federal court was a request for an ex parte temporary restraining order (TRO) and a preliminary injunction (PI). This filing involved KM Sachem Graves and KM President Minter. Behind it a second ex parte TRO/PI was filed also by Sachem Graves and President Minter.
On this day went many...
Two verified complaints of civil rights violations encompassing those TRO/PI requests were added to the flow of federal justice this day with all of their encompassing forms and documents and some supporting material evidence, which we will go into in more specific detail in upcoming posts so to try to maintain clarity to the best of our ability... but also too, what is described by many as being "The Grand Case" also was put into the motion flow as well, which is the one that's sparking our attention in the moment, and we want to kinda explain why in todays posting above all else.
Among the pile to now start going through, at a glance, THIS is what caught our eye... please take a direct look for yourself:
According to this, Multiple Churches are versing Multiple States... historically speaking, we don't think such a stand has ever been done in US federal court, especially Informa poperous And or Pro se much less both! In either aspect, it Is historic to some degree win lose or draw!
The second thing that jumped out upon our skimming, was that among the civil right violation grounds of claim, include that it includes allegations of running drug enterprises and racketeering, also known as RICO violations by these states governments! For those who don't know, RICO involves serious federal criminal acts such as those Al Capone was known for back during the alcohol prohibition era and carries very severe legal consequences including life in prison, and in some cases can include even the death penalty, depending on the severity of the circumstance, so indeed, this case Has our attention and we will be looking into it more thorough and covering what we learn of it in upcoming posts... but too, we're starting to get a pretty good idea as to why they're calling it "the Grand case" for sure.
Something else we want to touch on in this posting is, looking closer at the petitioners, at the very top it reads as "KM Spiritual Collective Confederation", followed by Kautantowit's Mecautea. We say this because it's a faucet of Km which has been a bit un-noticed and not really publicly emphasized as much as perhaps it should be... it is a separate unification rooted within the main root core of KM's structural operational systems that now seems deserving of some recognition as well as support.
"Like-minded in creed or not, the confederation is a unification of the mecautea (warrior soldiers) willing to not only stand up but actually progress productively forward in and for that which is mutually agreed to do so" explains Otter Eatwell, Chief Operations Officer (COO) of KM. "Not all of the confederated churches and spiritual collectives are or are required to join in on this or any other filing KM might become involved in, but, if others wish to, they are welcome, encouraged and supported if and as they do."
We will go into this in more detail in future posting updates as well as clearly each aspect of the events court-wise prove worthy of their own focus as there's going to be much to cover and go through and over as this progresses,
"One more thing we'd like to touch on regarding the events of today that will likely otherwise go un-noted, and that today marks the 100th anniversary of sachem Graves fathers birth, which makes it a special day to her as well as KM and we are glad to see the filings set into motion on this day as an honor to him and all mecautea like him for all they've given us... including sachem Graves herself and in turn, the whole of KM and all our accomplishments."
Sachem Graves is unavailable this day for this reason but hopefully we will catch up with her soon for comments.
Until then, as always we thank you for your continued interest and support and we hope you will stay tuned for updates. Be and stay well...we've got work to do!
