KM reveals details about federal TRO situation

KM-HQ March 01,2021

After a little bit of research and some interviews, we have found and in turn wanted to share with you a little bit more information regarding the federal TRO filing by KM officials earlier this week.

As announced in a previous article, KM officer members Michael Minter and Joy Graves were advised and supported by KM council in the filing of an emergency Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) . Today we have learned that the named respondent to the federal TRO request filed in Washington DC earlier this week, has been identified as a woman by the name of Ms. Amanda Delmastro, age 40 of Portland, Oregon.

Delmastro is said to have received support services from the Church on several occasions over the course of the last 10 years ranging from aid and support, financial and materialistic commodities and counseling as well as mediation services.

According to the TRO, Delmastro has an extensive history of erratic emotional outbursts and extreme physical violence.

Delmastro is said to have violently physically attacked Minter on multiple occasions including stabbing him on two separate incidents and also having knocked out the great majority of Minter's teeth.

While seeking refugee at the church sanctuary the last time Delmastro attempted to strike Sachem Graves in the face with a cast iron skillet and also tried to stab other members with a butcher knife, in addition to inappropriate conduct such as defecating on the floor and scaring several young children.

Delmastro is also said to suffer from multiple genetic mental illnesses and has been using

methamphetamines and other controlled substances since entering into high school more than two and a half decades ago.

Delmastro professed her substance use was consistently since her teenage years as a way of controlling her weight despite knowing such substances are proven to be detrimental to her conditions as well as what care she has received including prescription psychiatric medications.

KM has worked with multiple state officials over the years hoping to help secure the professional help she has long needed, especially after deciding she was going to live homeless, but for the most part to no avail including having helped the state obtain a court ordered commitment into the Oregon state hospital. "You cannot Force someone to be helped if they don't want to be" say KM officials "And that's always proven to be the main obstacle in Ms. Delmastro's case, lack of sincerely wanting help to get and make her life better for herself."

Recently, Delmastro revealed herself as being part of a conspiracy towards Minter and KM Church with state officials that the church has been trying to sue since 2017 for biased police practices and retaliatory terrorism which we will cover in more detail as things progress forward in federal court.

As we've said, we will be digging more into the situation and incidents encompassing this legal action and do our best to keep you posted as best as is possible. As always, we Thank you for your interest as well as your concern and support and we hope you stay tuned for future updates as well as other pertinent news and information KM feels you might appreciae knowing about.
