KM Officers file for ex parte TRO and PI

KMHQ December 13 2020

As some of our many members know, KM has been on the frontline of the battlefield as a church for over a decade striving to assist in the preservation and protection of the entirety of Mother earth. During these years we and our officer members have faced many enemies to the creation of Great creator.

Today it publicly reveals that a few of the KM officer members have been suffering consequences for those efforts which are illegal, as the president along with the spiritual leader have jointly filed for an emergency temporary restraining order from United States federal court.

Without going into too many personal details to the issue here right now, at least in this article, word came down from the KM Elder Council that "Swift and immediate has been taken as we the Elders of KM cannot sit idle while our President and his children come into the line of fire".

"A petition for an emergency Temporary Restraining Order has been received by the Federal District Court of Washington D.C. seeking immediate protection for KM President Michael 'Wolfbrotha' Minter as well as his household as well as for his twin minor children, all whom are long time members of KM Church in good and honorable standing."

A TRO is issued by a court on an expedited basis to preserve the status quo in order to prevent immediate irreparable harm to the moving party prior to a decision on the merits of the case. A TRO can be issued by a court ex parte in the absence of the opposing party, but only for a limited period of time.

"This is but the first formal filing in DC District court that KM in preparing to have filed in effort of protecting our people."

"The Elder council foresees at least a few additional Temporary Restraining Orders being filed in the very near future as well as Civil Injunctions that will go in separately that connect to them but will be addressed each

The test used by the court for evaluating a motion for a TRO and PI is generally the same. Although the test for obtaining a TRO or PI may vary slightly across jurisdictions, generally a plaintiff seeking preliminary injunctive relief must satisfy a four-factor test: (1) that he or she is likely to succeed on the merits of his claims; (2) that he or she is likely to suffer irreparable harm without preliminary relief; (3) the balance of equities between the parties support an injunction; and (4) the injunction is in the public interest.
