Though we try to not alarm members with the struggles within the church officers personal lives so to not worry nor burden anyone, but as many of our church members know and because many have asked that such be revealed to the tribal family, we figure we'd let you know that official documents were signed seeking a request for an ex parte Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and permanent injunction, which we briefly touched on but will be covering in the near future in more detail including specifics on the filing as we can.
What can be said as of this time is that two KM officers have formally filed the ex pare TTRO on two named individuals, and left room for several "Does". Sachem Hawkeye Graves and KM president and chief of security Wolfbrotha Minter. DC Court has been made aware the filing is on it's way by receiving an electronically submitted copy and the signed hard copy is in route via snail mail.
The names of the two defendants have not yet been revealed but we'll hopefully get to bring those interested more information soon.
