In addition to her first-hand wisdom from the perspective as leader of the church, Sachem Graves has also been well experienced in event coordination as well as personally catering such events herself first-hand since the age of 8, in a professional capacity!

Sachem Graves co-founded the first ever Balloon Catering company of Southern California, "Balloon Experience" where she worked it from the ground up. Within a year, the company soared to the point of needing to hire additional  12 workers to meet the demand and over-booking of their balloon catering services. By the age of 10, Graves was supervising the catering staff of 12 plus an additional staff of 6 to run their newly opened shoppe in the La Brea Mall, and by the age of 13 Graves was overseeing the 20 catering staff, the shoppe and was then well implemented into the company as "Event Coordination Supervisor" which included the complete coordination of a wide range of events ranging from food, drink and music coordination, location and furnishing rentals, transportation option coordination (rentals, valet staff, etc.), even reservations for hotel, aircraft, cruise ships etc. and especially was praised for arranging Honeymoon Packages for newlyweds as well as birthday bashes for kids!.
