 Whether you are In The Moment simply needing a little extra advice planning your event, or you’re needing a planner that will be Completely Devoted to making sure your celebration is everything that you could have dreamed of, KM Event Coordination Services have a package that will enable you to have an absolutely divine memorable experience that all who attend will forever remember. 

  During our free initial consultation with you, one of our coordinating consultants will determine which of our services would best suit your needs based on a series of questions designed to target an outline for your event's basic core structure system. 

 

 We will then connect you with our Primary Coordination Consultant who will then spend a minimum of 30 minutes with you specifically gathering more detailed information in regards to what Your expectations and vision is for your special event. This consultation is provided to you with the traditional nominal token fee offering of $75.00 per half hour session.

 

 The Primary Coordination Consultant will then personally hand-select your own personal coordination consultant who will prepare a personalized proposal including a price structure based on the information you provide, with Your pricing budget taken into consideration and modified only With your instruction.

We use our knowledge from getting to know you, based on our initial conversations with you, to gauge the level of support & services you require and put together a proposal that meets those needs. Whether you need hourly consulting to full service event planning we aim to prepare a proposal that fits you!

 

 The portfolio will include a complete itemized listing for Everything including the theme style, size, location and venue complexities of your one-of-a-kind event, and will have your signed approval every step of the way Before each step is taken! 

 

 Though our goal is to take as much of the stress and frustration away from you, ultimately we are here to help ensure that ALL the details are up to Your satisfaction and that the event is as memorable as you imagine as if you had done it all yourself.
