Wedding Ceremony
They say that it typically takes the average couple approximately 250 hours to plan and execute an average wedding from start to finish. With a devoted wedding planner at your side, you will have the freedom to concentrate on your day to day responsibilities while only having to make the decisions that are important to you and leave the rest of the specifics to a your personal coordinator.
Our mission is to provide extraordinary and magical wedding experiences that couples will remember fondly for the rest of their lives. Our wedding design consultants have been advising brides on all aspects of their wedding for years. While every bride and every wedding is completely unique, we understand how to listen to your needs and how to help you create the wedding you’re looking for. We’ll work with you directly to find the perfect furnishings, arches, décor, and lighting for the atmosphere you’re attempting to create for your special day.
The reception venue: Think again about those wedding dreams, and see how they mesh with reality. Do you want a small intimate wedding with just a few close family and friends, a simi-large wedding including associates and co-workers and bosses too, or are you out for a memorable extravaganza people will be talking about for years to come? Perhaps you envision an outdoor garden, a beach or forest wedding setting, or a traditional church-house wedding and a reception banquet hall. Maybe there’s a quaint hotel with a pretty courtyard that would suit. Some couples find historic homes and buildings in their area to rent for a themed wedding. If you can’t find just the right place on your own, or the weather is an issue needing factored, we are here to help you. using local resources to help narrow down the options suitable to your preference for Your consideration and decision.
The attire: Think again about the attire you want for your wedding, including color scheme and too, accessories from head to toe. In addition to the stars of the event, you also have to plan for the bridesmaids and the groomsmen, the ring bearer and flower girl, and don't forgot the tot officiants! You want them all the people who will be participating coordinated with one another as well as to the bride and groom, slightly downplayed of course so to not distract the attention from the purpose. Their attire including accessories should be how you want them dressed, head to toe (Socks Included!) Also, be sure to indicate such in your announcement invitations to your guests as well, especially those who will be in your photo album!

Themed weddings are for that bride and groom who want to take their wedding day to the next level. Choosing a theme for a wedding can be so much fun! The possibilities are endless, and having a wedding coordinator at your side to make your ideas become a reality is what Divine Devotions can do for you!

Flowers and décor: Once you have your reception site decided and booked, you can decide on table arrangements and other decorations. A hotel ballroom might be a relatively blank slate, whereas a museum may need little more than simple centerpieces. If you choose to use fresh flowers from a florist or a local farm, be sure to emphasize what types of flowers you want used for the area decor, the various bouquets and centerpieces you want placed around throughout your wedding, as well as the additional decor you want included. Don't forget that incorporating tons of greenery make fewer flowers look like a lot more as well as brings the flowers out and more appreciated.

Additional wedding decor commonly included are balloons... believe it or not! It's amazing how many different ways you can incorporate balloons into your wedding, no matter the theme, and too, is proven to lift peoples spirits into more happy moods having them around.
Balloons are commonly used in directional signs that guests are to follow to find the event location, as an archway that guest vehicles drive under as they arrive and are greeted by your valet staff, at walkway entryways , as well as in the area decor such as the table centerpieces, area corners, even loosly dangling from the ceiling, especially over the dance area.

Musicians: If you are going to hire a live performer and or a band, whatever the size, make sure to make arrangements to hear them perform before you sign them on and make sure they agree to stick to the playlist you give them. If you decide to instead have a live DJ, again you want to make sure they stick to the playlist that YOU want, and How you want it.
Also, you want to express how they are expected to dress so to ensure they are properly coordinated to your wedding theme, and that they too have a flower to wear.
Don't forget to confirm all details pertaining to their role in your wedding, how long they are expected to remain and how many breaks they will take and id any added people among your party are planning on singing or pllaying any form of music in tribute to the wedding. Adding a "Tip" jar is always an added plus that will be highly appreciated on their part.

Wedding Transportation: The symbology that transportation is essential when planning your wedding, in that it represents your initiation of a new beginning journey in your life, one including and glorifying unification. Transportation used during your wedding ceremony will make a lasting impression with your guests, and create treasured memories with your wedding party participants. Usually the bride will arrive in either a limo, classic car, or in a carriage as she arrives to her big day, which her parents, the grooms parents, and the ring and flower bearers and Matron of honor ride with her, while the bridesmaids, brides groomsmen, and the groom ride in another limo and arrive before her, making sure to get the groom well hidden from her view until the time of official ceremony.
You will want to make sure you have ample parking and valet attendants, including someone trained to handle the carriage if one is so included, and feed for the horses!

Depending on the type of wedding ceremony you’ve planned and whether you will have an officiant to lead, you may need a professional to step in and be responsible for directing the wedding ceremony rehearsal.
Making sure that the wedding party, ushers and parents of the bride and groom know when and where they should be during the ceremony is vital to ensuring a smooth and seamless wedding ceremony. Having the right guidance for the day is just as important as the design aspects, if not more.
Also enjoy a full coordination of the Rehearsal Dinner from start to finish. From the food to the decor, enjoy the rehearsal and dinner with your loved ones without the stress of planning each intricate detail for this additional wedding event.
